I had e-mail correspondence with WGT to confirm that a show was appropriate for the group going. Booked tickets following that confirmation and a day later the show was cancelled. I know that happens but they charge a 10% booking fee that they do not refund when they cancel. This really feels like a bit of a fraud and a cost that should be part of their business rather than one that is passed on to the customer. Due to the unfair charge and having been talking to WGT prior to booking and very shortly before they cancelled - I will not be using this service again.
Website fails when it comes to downloadong tickets. They dont send confirmation emails to non members so SOL still they take the money from your account. No phone number to call and the email they say they will respond to in a day, well good luck with that. Utter scammers. Never buy tickets from these cons.

We booked tickets and headed off. We had to book overnight accommodation as it was a long way from home. We arrived to find concert had been cancelled weeks beforehand. I received no email and several other groups of people were outside the venue in the same situation. The ticket company will take no responsibility for this. Disgraceful!!
Not simple, at all. Website a pain, wouldn't accept my card details which were correct, and wouldn't work from a major browser, so they sent me this.. If you are repeatedly having difficulties purchasing tickets on our site we would suggest trying the following: Close all open browser windows, open a new browser window and try again. We have found that sometimes your session can time out and get "locked"; this will help unlock it. If that doesn't work and you have access to a different browser, try again using that. Each browser has a number of different security settings that can sometimes cause problems. (We recommend Firefox as the most reliable browser but our site does work with all major browsers) If this still doesn't work and you have access to one, please try buying the tickets on a different computer. Sometimes, for example, if you're trying to buy tickets at work, your company may have a firewall in place that is preventing the transaction being processed. Using a home computer can help. ARE YOU KIDDING? Took me a week to order two flaming tickets. The company's reply to the above and to other's criticisms rarely addresses the actual issues raised and tries to gloss over them, hmm? PS And I did ring, no one there.

I ordered tickets from WeGotTickets and the confirmation went into my spam, I therefore thought I had a problem, because I didn't check the spam folder. I emailed the company and immediately got a positive response. Great customer service.
