Shambolic Do not use this site, basically received the goods after some considerable time, didn’t fit so tried to return only to be told after several emails with no response that I should have ordered the right size. They are saying the won’t return or refund my goods and it’s my fault if I ordered the wrong size! Never heard anything like it, it’s absolutely crazy.

Beware..They never refund your money back.. They sent me the wrong size and now they claim that they assumed my size would be a 3XL based on the country from where I placed the order. A total scam. They never respond to your emails. stay away..

I have ordered a hoodie and pants. The Hoodie hasnt arrived yet, but the Pants. The Pants have a very bad Quality; it looks nothing like in the photos. Its supposed to spell Land Combat Group, but its "Land Ciamber Goiyu". I will to contact them, because I want a refund, but i I have very low expactations.

Excellent products and above and beyond customer service. However please check sizings carefully as their XXL is a European Large. I am very happy with the abstract Jacket.

Deux articles commandés, une paire de chaussures choisie en suivant les recommandations du site(prendre une demi taille au dessus) : beaucoup trop grande, et une cape, commandée en S, reçue en M. Aucune réponse à mes deux mails... 123 euros de perdus... (idem pour mon fils de 12 ans, qui y a mis de son argent de poche) On ne m'y reprendra pas. BIEN Lire dans les FAQ: pas d'échange possible !!!!!!!!! Incroyable pour des achats en ligne.. Jamais vu ça.

Versand erfolgte wie angegeben. Da die falsche Größe bestellt wurde und dies per E-Mail erklärt wurde, hat der Kundenservice sofort die richtige Größe versendet worden. Eine Rücksendung war nicht erforderlich. Großartiger Kundenservice! Vollauf zufrieden.

Ordered 2 items for my son’s birthday, rather shortly before the date. Goods were to be shipped to France. Contacted the customer service who promised they would do the best to deliver the goods on time, and they eventually made it just on the right day! Great job!

I ordered a couple of items. They confirmed my order and took the money but then i wasn’t getting a tracking code after a week. I contacted them and had no answer until i asked for a refund with the help of pay pal. After a couple of days they contact me and i ask them to refund my money. They did.
