Love the products and the customer service was great. I tend to get impatient and ask a lot of questions and Violet responded to every email patiently and professionally even when I was getting restless and antsy watching the tracking info - which isn't even in their control - but they kept answering my questions - even when I wasn't sure I was still gonna need/want the item. They did everything in their control and I am SO glad I didn't let my own impatients get the better of me - even tho the item was gonna be for something else initially I loved the item so much (sleeveless hoodie) I wear it everyday. And I will be getting another item from them.
Worthless and Violet from customers service is the worst. Don’t buy these shoes, there are a rip in het air, broke after one week and then there’s no possibility to retour or something so don’t buy them !!!!!!!!!!!!!
I ordered several items for my college-age kids before and after the Holidays and could not have been happier. The quality was great and the styles are unique. I was worried before ordering, but everything was high quality and unique. We had a shipping issue that the company took care of right away and remained in contact. I had to return an item as well and they made it so easy and were on it! We will continue to purchase from this company and enjoy the unique hip designs.

Understanding that a company who's marketing campaign is very strong must be taken in consideration when writing a review about them. First off, their product portfolio is considerably pleasing in my opinion, many options in clothes that I actually like. Second, their customer service is one of the most active and helpful I've seen, thanks to Violet Cruz. She was super understanding and helped me with my issue quick. The only cons I can think of was the fact that the staff had failed to notify me that there was a product shortage, 4 weeks after I had placed an order. My problem with that is my issue could have been resolved far sooner if I would have known my order was being held up. The pricing for the clothing is also lucrative imo. It's all special designing but I have seen some of these products in other contending sites, but I chose WLS because the discount prices were lower. All in all, WLS is a cool place to shop online
While the sizing runs smaller than I anticipated, I had amazing customer service from the lovely Violet Cruz who reassured me that she would replace one of the t-shirts. It's refreshing to have an excellent communicator willing to offer solutions :)
Bought the camo parka it's was a child's size and the packaging was so tight buttons fell of and wires ripped mo good size and dammage no money back and no good replace
Very poor customer support. They would not take returns for Christmas gifts (items run smaller than normal), just days after Christmas..... who does that? Everyone buys Christmas gifts well before Christmas, when ordering online. My son is very disappointed, as he will not be able to get replacements for Christmas gifts that don't fit. Very sad.Don't Buy from these people!
Customer service is knowledgeable and they went out of their way to make sure my order was correct,after getting a pair of jeans that was too big for my son. Thank you for helping me with my order, it is truly appreciated and you have gained a new repeat customer.

I ordered a WLS Teki Hoodie for my grandson which was too small and contacted customer service for an exchange for a large. I was concerned that I hadn’t gotten a response right away. But after hearing from Violet, she reassured me that not only would they exchange the item, they told me to keep the original as a gift and I would only pay shipping for the exchange. I appreciated her help and am pleased with overall customer service.
I ordered 2 pairs of pants for my son for Christmas.. They were 2 different styles dials; One pair fit perfectly, but the other pair did not. I contacted customer service and they are sending a new pair (of the style that fit) in a different color. I just had to pay a nominal fee for reshipping. Thanks Violet Cruz for all your help! 🙂

This is an amazing brand. I love the quality and the uniqueness I recently ordered a hoodie and it just happened to be too small so I contacted we love street to try to exchange it and they told me that I could keep the one I’ve already purchased and send me a whole new one for free all I had to do was pay the shipping. They’re super cool and I will be continuing to shop with them :)
I got my package, the shipping took like 2 weeks which I expected to be like that, the clothes were good but unfortunately did not fit properly to me! I reached out to customer support and they provided me with an exchange option for the sizes I needed. I was a bit angry at the beginning but to my surprise, I didn't need to send back the ones I already had, they gifted them to me! WOW After 2 weeks after receiving my order I got the other package and also kept the one I had! I never experienced something like this, these guys really are the best at their job. 10/10
Amazing customer service. Helped me track a lost item and helped me get a replacement of higher value for something that was out of stock good quality clothes and good looking to. Highly recommend.
They sent me a child size XL instead of an adult size XL sweatshirt. They refuse to allow me to return the sweatshirt and will not refund the shirt as they sent the "correct size". The shirt is the exact size as my younger child's XL sweatshirt.
BEWARE I purchased pants from them November 27 and what I got was totally incorrect from the picture down to the description of the material. My pant color was incorrect and most importantly it says fleece this is NOT !!!! I do not even want to to give them 1 star on their website it states EASY RETURN that is NOT TRUE !!! I emailed them pictures and then they stop emailing back (wonder why?) I also dealt with VIOLET CRUZ and yes she was helpful tracking my delivery but after I asked for a refund and sent her pictures she STOPPED emailing back.
