Feb 04,2021I simply wanted to return a couple of items… but since getting an auto-response with the fabrication that I couldn't return my items (fresh out of the bag), I’ve been stone-walled. Under the terms of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 the Consumer Contracts Regulation 2013 and the Consumer Protection Act 1987 – and indeed under their own terms – returns should be 100% be allowed, regardless of an items description online. For a merchant to operate this way is fundamentally wrong and worse, UNLAWFUL. It’s disappointing to see so many others affected by this online. I’ll be reporting We Love Street to the UK and EU Trading Standards and I encourage others to do the same. For those who’ve had a pleasant shopping experience, I’m glad you got the better end of the stick! UPDATE: I notice WLS have dubious new 'customer' reviews hailing the 'great' customer support - I'd urge anyone not take these at face value.

Jan 28,2021Do not order from this company. I ordered items for Christmas. It took forever to get. Received the wrong size and they will not refund me. We went back and forth and their return policy indicates they accept returns. They DO NOT. Customer service is very poor.

Jan 12,2021After ordering items on welovestreet.com on black friday (Nov 26th) i expected the items to arrive by Xmas (Dec 24th), and from US/UK as stated on website, but due to dropshipping (China) and bad communications from Welovestreet, they could not tell where the package is. after opening a paypal case on Dec 24th, they were fast to explain it is already in my country waiting to be deliverered. Jan 07,2021The prices are fair, the designs are beautiful, one pair of pants was too small and I turned to the service. I was tolerant and waited, we are all human and not worth rushing and angry right away as soon as you are not satisfied. Patience pays. I received wonderful service and I am grateful. Be healthy and understand that during the corona shipments take longer. Be good people.

Dec 22,2020Took about a month for the delivery, in Xmas period. The 2 pants I bought were a gift and I was really afraid they couldn’t make it on time. I wrote several times, as the tracking once in my country, was not working anymore and they answered every single time, trying to be helpful with the delivery. Got them in time! Seem very good quality and super stylish. For the fitting, have to wait for my nephew to get the present and try them on....

Dec 15,2020Bonne qualité matériaux sauf couleur un peu plus trash que sur photos mais niv coupe rien à dire, super style sf blade runner aha Niv taille pour moi: 1m82 sweat = M, jogging = L Dommage de pas pouvoir laisser de photos. Attention au sweat capuche cool comme celle que j'ai commandé avec la visière, celle est un peu plus large et basse que sur les photos, mais ap c'est une question de goûts et tailles. J'habite à Lyon, la livraison = 2 semaines.
