Quality is top rack, I’m in love with there clobber. Customer service is bang on! The lovely Violet Cruz is sure to look after you. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Apr 06,2021Impressed by the pants I ordered. Did not think they were the right size at first because I ordered M, but tag ended up saying L and they looked a little big. E-mailed support about it and was assured it is what I ordered. Came back home later to look closely and try them on and they fit perfectly snug 👌. Looks good highly recommend 10/10. You will not be disappointed.

Apr 02,2021(en français plus bas) After seeing an ad on Facebook, I went straight to the site to see the products. I filled my cart with a hoodie and some pants. I received my order two weeks later (that's the shortest time advertised) and I had received my wonders. Surprise, the sizes indicated are not the ones I ordered, but everything fits perfectly. Very nice job of converting the sizes to exactly the sizes you want depending on where you live. This is the first time I've seen this. Great job! The quality is there, the fabrics and the cuts are suberb. --- Après avoir vu une publicité sur Facebook, j'ai foncé sur le site pour voir les produits. Ni une, ni deux, j'ai rempli mon panier d'un hoodie et de quelques pantalons. J'ai reçu ma commande deux semaines après (c'est le délai le plus court annoncé) et j'avais reçu mes merveilles. Surprise, les tailles indiquées ne sont pas celles que j'avais commandé, mais tout me va parfaitement. Très beau travail de conversion des tailles pour correspondre exactement aux tailles désirées selon l'endroit où vous vivez. C'est la première fois que je vois ça. Bravo ! La qualité est au rendez-vous, les tissus et les coupes sont suberbes.

Mar 26,2021I recently ordered a pair of shoes through WLS. Soon after my order was placed, I was contacted by "V" from their customer service department, who unfortunately had to inform me that the style of shoe and size was sold out due to high demand. To correct situation, V offered to allow me to select any item and no extra charge. I really just needed a pair of shoes, so I chose another pair and just my luck they were all so out of that size. a little frustrating but I understand but small businesses sometimes make mistakes too V. was very helpful, and help me pick out a pair of shoes, not my first choice but I needed a pair of shoes. Cut to 2 weeks later, I received my shoes in the mail and much to my surprise not only did they send me the original pair of shoes that I wanted in my size, but they sent me a second pair at no extra charge!!! And they fit great! Forever grateful, thank you again "V" and WLS for your help. -Christian

Mar 23,2021Some issues with local postal services. The product it self is fantastic, sleek, durable, materials aren't "cheap". Best part about WE LOVE STREET is the customer service. I could not be happier with Violet and her amazing customer service skills. She went above and beyond to make sure that I got my item, shes the best and from that alone I will be purchasing more awesome products!

Mar 17,2021I ordered some things on the WLS shop, and I was a bit afraid to not receive them cause it was a bit long to wait, but the support (by mail) was very very good, thank youuu Violet Cruz, and finally, I got what I wanted, so in the end, I'm very happy, everything is perfect, so, just be patient when you'll order something haha! 🙏🏼💯

Mar 05,2021First of all, I don't trust Trustpilot - so there you go :-) BUT I have had a great experience with We Love Street. I can see there are very different experiences with this webshop, and I know that many webshops are facing challenges with customer service and support. But in this case - in my case - We Love Street just delivered a perfect service. Thank you Violet Cruz for answering within hours and for your kind replies to my sometimes frustrated tone. We Love Street is a real webshop. I recieved my items, unfortunately one time with a very delayed delivery, but the customer support made up for it. So I just ordered again, and I'm looking forward to get my new stuff from WLS.

Feb 18,2021Even a 1 star review is too good for this sham of a company. Trainers received before Christmas, not as described, poor quality and faulty. Email sent as per their refund policy the same day order was received to ask for refund. Rather than provide an address for return in order to issue a refund, they have tried to fob off this request by saying they will send another pair of trainers and I can keep the faulty ones as a 'goodwill gesture'. Funnily enough, a new pair of trainers never arrived and after waiting from 29 December to 10 Feb, I chased this up and asked that a refund now be issued due to the time it has taken, only to be fobbed off again. They have tried to say that I had said the trainers were still wearable as an excuse not to issue a refund, which I did not and had the emails to prove it. They are now trying to get me to do an exchange with another item, I have declined this repeatedly asking for a refund and have now been told they only issue in-store credit refunds contrary to their website refund policy which states they will issue refund to original payment method. Do not buy from this store unless you are wanting poor quality goods and poor customer service where they refuse to issue refunds to their customer despite their own refund policy! Complete scam of a company.

Feb 15,2021Different from what some of the comments below say, my experience was great. My son loves his new clothes and delivery time was absolutely fine, considering that I live in Germany. I had a question which I adressed at customer service, and I received prompt, professional and friendly response. For sure not the last time I bought at WLS!

Feb 14,2021so its a real company. they do send you the cloths you want. it does come. this is not a scam I'm some guy in canada. the only problem is you need to really watch the sizing. you need to go like 3 sizes up. but I got the wrong size and they are sending me a new pair for free. so again real company. just be carful with sizing and patient.
