Nov 23,2021I purchased a shirt from we love street. It looked okay, but the style and cut did not fit well. It was way too baggy for me. When I contacted we love street to return the item, they told me they would not accept the return. They said the size chart was on their site and it was my responsibility to select the correct size. As they sent me the size I asked for, it is my problem. As we all know, buying online clothing is hit and miss. Size charts vary, and the style and cut of the clothing impacts how it looks. This is the first merchant that I have purchased clothing online who does not return items due to fit/size issues. This is not okay. If I was you, don't buy from this place.

Nov 17,2021Good customer service. I had an issue with my order and We Love Street reached out to resolve it, and gave me two other discounts on top of it. Shipping was fast and the item was as described. They have a lot of merch that I can't find anywhere else online.

Nov 16,2021I ordered an item and it was out of stock so they allowed me to pick a replacement item of equal or HIGHER value, most companies don’t do that. They also let me ship my replacement order with a newer order I had placed with them so I could receive my order faster. The customer service from violet was amazing and I recommend shopping with them

Nov 16,2021They sent me a large when I ordered a medium then tried to blame me for their misdoing. Then when I stated that the clothes were way to big to be the size that the website claimed for them to be, they dragged their feet on my refund as well as getting back to me. Terrible customer service literally and terrible service waited 3 weeks for NOTHING!!!

Nov 05,2021Had problems with the shipping company and a WLS customer support employee, Violet Cruz, went above and beyond to help sort it out. Now, instead of losing both my package and the money I paid for it, I can expect it to arrive (properly this time) on my doorstep with no further problems from the shipping company.

Oct 20,2021Hello, I recently placed an order with WeLoveStreet that was unfortunately not able to arrive in time for an event I was attending due to a shipping issue outside of the company’s control. Hindsight, I probably should have ordered earlier than I did given general shipping delays that most companies are experiencing worldwide. The items ended up arriving only a day past the event since they did expedite shipping on my behalf. The reason for my five star rating is due to the exceptional customer service response that I received within less than a day when inquiring about my order. The company gave me a full refund for my order, minus the small shipping cost, and allowed me to keep the items I ordered once they arrived. This means the most to me and shows the company’s attentiveness and focus on providing exceptional customer service. I also rarely write customer reviews even in the best of circumstances but this particular situation stood out to me above the rest of the experiences I’ve had in the past with online ordering. I will absolutely be placing future orders with WeLoveStreet.

Shot-out to Violet Cruz which was immediately available for sorting a solution. I will certainly in the future order new stuffs for me.

Jul 13,2021I purchased an adorable sweatshirt for my daughter, the one with the teddy bear sleeve. When it arrived we couldn't be happier! The quality was fantastic and the sizing accurate. The styles and products are so unique here, just like my daughter! We've already been searching this website for our next clothing pieces for school in September. I highly recommend!

Add to this the professional packaging and the fast dispatch/delivery times and it amounts to a company that really cares about their customer base. the clothes themselves are very good quality not some sweatshop knockoff if i could give more stars i would. Dec 06,2021Placed an order and had Violet sending me supportive emails amd all was well.Received my order today( 3 weeks after) and the wrong size was sent,ordered S received M and one item did not match the images on website. Tried to explain this situation and was told regarding the sizes that the asian sizes are smaller than UK/EU so how come I have received M? Asked for the returns details and been ignored. Sent pictures of my items and all but no help whatsoever. Quality is close to very bad, looks very cheap and feels horrible. I guess I have to keep these to mop my floors and seems like Violet is unable to provide return details even though it states free worldwide returns on their website. The website also states that you have to contact them before you can return anything, so in my case I'm at loss as no reply!!! Please consider other shops as this one will show no support after you pay them. For the same price surely better shops out there. I did not want to have a bad impression by reading the previous reviews, I know now I should have taken that into consideration before ordering. Oh, and I was asked to review them before my items arrived, which I did not. Violet mentioned spme people are leaving negative reviews to hurt the company, now I know this is purely due to this company just wanting to sell the items and thats it. No afterwards help!! Avoid this shop.
