Jan 26,2023WYW responded to my requests re a window and 2 doors they fitted 2-3 years ago . Doors sorted and potential issue in roof identified. Prompt service..always polite and straight forward, honest and helpful....which is why we used them in the past...and will do so in the future. They have kept their sales promises and customer service is great...even after fitting!

I am giving 4 starts because it took a long and I had to chase a couple of times. However this was specialized work and could have taken longer to finish than envisaged,

Nov 29,2022Very swift response to a issue with the door locking mechanism. The door would only lock with difficulty. A new keep was fitted and all locking clamps cleaned and lubricated. The work was left clean and tidy.

Nov 10,2022We ordered a conservatory from this company. In June the contractors turned up to start the job. They dug the foundations and put all the rubble on the front garden. They then left the site saying they were waiting for a steel. We tried to phone West Yorkshire Windows to find out what was going on. Our calls were not returned and there was no communication. Eventually we were told they were awaiting delivery of a steel. Three weeks later a surveyor turned up to measure for the steel although we had been told they were waiting for delivery. They lied to us. After 6 weeks the steel finally arrived. We had been told that the steel had to be the exact fit so were surprised when they had to cut it to make it fit and then weld it. The company use contractors to do the work and no one comes to inspect the contractors work. We had 15 items which we were not happy with after the contractors had finished and eventually most of them have been put right. The rubble which had been dumped on our front lawn had ruined the front lawn. Only last week contractors turned up to put right our front lawn and it is a joke. They have put down patches of turf rather than do a proper job. From start to finish the job was supposed to take 4 weeks and took over 5 months.

Nov 04,2022Very pleased with our new windows. They look great and have been fitted really well. Jase and Rob were great fitters - and would go out of their way to do extra bits and pieces for us. We thought we would have to redecorate after having the windows fitted, but they have done such a good job that we only need to do a bit of touching up here and there. Very tidy and efficient. Very happy to recommend this company.
