I was amazed at the speed that the work was done and how hard they worked. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for professional window fitters.

Sep 24,2022Think long and hard before employing this company. Our saga began in April 2021 when James came to see us about the possibility of extending our conservatory. He was very helpful and came up with great ideas. We were very impressed and decided to go ahead. After no communication and phone calls made by us we eventually got the plans on the 15/6/2021. That should have set the alarm bells ringing but we were so impressed with the design and cost we decided to proceed and paid our deposit. We were informed that building would commence in 4-6 weeks. After again no communication for weeks and many phone calls from us, Danny came to look at the foundations on the 31/8/2021. He gave us one day notice and informed us if we couldn’t give him access on that day it would be another few months before ha could come again. I hastily rearranged my patient clinic (not ideal). He was here for less than 5 minutes. Again no communication from the office so again phone calls were made and eventually the surveyor appeared. We was then given a start date for December! I informed them that I did not want building work in December so eventually (after more phone calls from us) it was agreed the start date would be 4/4/2022. After numerous cancellations the work started on the 6/5/2022. During the work time after time things were cancelled and time after time we were given one days notice that people would be coming. Thankfully my husband had just retired but had we both been working I don’t know how they expected access to the property on such short notice. Needless to say progress was slow and eventually completion occurred on the 20/9/2022. To sum up - the communication was atrocious throughout this project with the exception of the finance time who seemed to have no problem communicating when money was due. On the positive side all the workman were excellent and we now have a beautiful extended conservatory, but I have to say this was one of the most stressful things I have had to endure.

Sep 16,2022This morning I had the pleasure of meeting Jason my fitter for the installation of my windows arriving at 8am I was impressed at the time he arrived. Without further ado he started to get to work, no sooner said than done the bedroom window was out and the new one installed. The room window was next to be done which did not take long either (just had the two windows done). Jason was very clean and tidy leaving no mess behind himself. I would recommend West Yorkshire Windows to anyone who want to replace or upgrade their windows .

Sep 10,2022From the day I decided to have a new front door unit fitted I have been totally satisfied with regular communications re measuring/ fitting etc. I can’t speak too highly of the tradesman who fitted the unit - his name was Damon. He was on time - did the job of fitting meticulously - he was so helpful in every respect. A thoroughly nice person concerned to do a good job. Thank you.

Sep 03,2022I didn't have to wait too long for them to do the job.They fitted french doors to my dining room ,they did a good neat job .A few months later I asked them to adjust the height of the doors as they were catching at the bottom .An engineer came and made the adjustment in a few minutes.

Aug 14,2022conservatory looks excellent and when being constructed WYW kept informing us of next steps. Two small faults were noticed by installer who arranged for this to be sorted and this was done quickly and efficiently. Would recommend this company going by our experiences with them.

Jul 29,2022We had to call WYW to do a small repair to conservatory roof ,which they fitted about 8 years ago.We rang them and they asked if we could take some photos of the issue, which we did.They sent out an engineer very quickly and the job was done.Excellent customer service.
