After unpacking the shredder we found it was not a good fit for our office. The return was soooo effortless. We just packed it back in their box and they picked up with a full refund 2 days later! Returns can be such a hassle and this was so easy!

Mar 21,2019Not happy at all. Sales customer service was great. Then we received the product and it does not work we were told to call the manufacturer who also was rude and not helpful. Be aware of the return policy of a 30% restocking fee and return shipping!
