Jan 03,2019Our church purchase a paper folder in July 2018. We could never get the paper to feed into the machine so we called for service. The tech came out in August 2018 said all the parts weren't on the machine and he spent days trying to repair it. After the tech left and we tried the machine it still has not worked. I called again today now I have to pay for someone to fix a machine that has never worked.
