Jul 13,2019I placed an order at 11:00 am West Coast time and was told it's too late to ship that day. They have a noon cutoff, 9:00 am West Coast. I ordered a 6' long piece I needed on Saturday and they won't even ship until Monday. Sheesh, it's 2019 when I can get stuff delivered in 4 hours. Yes, I updated my review as per your suggestion. Your wise guy response, "we don't have a teleportation devise" and "It's not like you ordered body wash off Amazon Prime" is, or should be beneath your company. If you don't like negative reviews, I suggest finding ways of improving. How is it not like ordering body wash ? Don't you just pull it off a shelf, put it in a box and mail it ?

Apr 02,2019I wish I could say my experience was flawless but there was a hang up. I ordered a shredder for my office and had a wonderful experience working with Layla Marroquin, a customer Service & Web Marketing assistant who figured out what the appropriate shredder was for my needs. Once we figured out what machine would work best, I was easily able to place my order online. The problem came when a week or so later I had still not received my order. I emailed Layla and before the day was over she had contacted the manufacture, worked out a product upgrade at no additional charge and apologized. no one is perfect, I get that; but it's rare for people, let alone cooperation to own a mistake. Great Job Layla I hope the rest of the whitaker Brothers team has your core values.
