He was beyond great and everything was taken care of. In fact, I just purchased another shredder for one of our stores. I would not buy from anyone else. There prices are great also.

Sep 04,2019I run the printing in a young organization. We ordered an 1811 paper folder and financed it. So far so good. Then after repeatedly asking to be updated on the order and not getting updates, I find out that they ordered the wrong paper folder. Now sense would seem to say that a 400 dollar difference in price would cause a question but it did not until I finally was able to get tracking information and saw that it was the wrong item. I spoke to several people to get this mistake (believing this was a mistake and not that anyone was trying to take advantage) fixed, and I was promised that by the close of business today the correct order would be made and I would get tracking because I was also promised that I would receive the folder in 2 days. Well, I did not get the email and tracking information as promised so how do I verify that the CORRECT order will arrive WHEN promised? This paper folder is just the start of more acquisitions of printing and finishing equipment. Unless something drastic were to happen then those acquisitions will be somewhere more trustworthy.

I'm always concerned when buying something from a company with which I've had no experience, especially over the Internet, but Whitaker Brothers has gone above and beyond to make sure our purchase was the right one. After ordering the folder we thought we wanted I was contacted twice by the customer service department to verify that this folder would meet our needs and that we would be satisfied with it. They notified me when the order was shipped and followed up with me to make sure we had received it and that it was working properly. Way to go.
