Waiting for tracking information and the shredder itself Sept 27th or 28th.

Sep 20,2017I talked to the people at W B several times before placing my order. The main word in that sentence is "people"! I was not given the runaround with computer generated responses, ect. In placing my order there was a problem with the final step but the person that is in charge of making sure things go smoothly, worked it out. My order was entered without further problem, I got a confirmation on the order being entered, a confirmation on the shipment and the date of arrival. The equipment arrived on time and it good order. Over all good experience.
