Jul 05,2017Have not received product yet. You folks sent the wrong item to us, that was suppose to go to a school. The school received my item. So instead of your company sending out the correct item to us, I'm waiting for the school to repackage the item and send it our way. I hope it gets here and hope it's packed in a professional manner. So I'm not impressed at all with your company.

Jun 01,2017My county office issues license plates and conducts mail ballot elections, thereby generating a huge number of envelopes returned to us for processing. In the past, we have opened these tens of thousands of envelopes manually, which is both time-consuming and tedious. When the Treasurer's office suggested co-purchasing an automatic letter opener, I jumped on the idea and promptly went to the Whitaker Brothers website. In my excitement and haste, I ordered the machine without providing a credit card number to pay for it. Layla at Whitaker Brothers contacted me immediately and was extremely professional and friendly in making sure there was no delay in processing our purchase. When the machine arrived and a part was missing, she handled the replacement part which we received a couple days later. Whitaker Brothers is under my "Favorites" tab and will be the first place I check next time we need something for the office!
