Just received the Martin Yale Jogger 400, unbelievable how well it helps in that the paper is much easier to fold and we get a much better fold AFTER we run the paper through the jogger FIRST. My Martin Yale Jogger 400 came well packaged and without any shipping damage. It was easy to set up, took me maybe 5 minutes, and it works perfectly. It will jog a full ream of copy paper (500 sheets) and I now run my paper in the jogger BEFORE I use it in my laser printer which has also helped to eliminate paper jamming in the printer. The jogger was my second purchase with Whitaker Brothers and I sincerely give them a 5 star rating, they honestly deserve it.

This was an amazing wonderful experience. I made a mistake when I ordered online (I used the wrong credit card), of course I noticed this as soon as I clicked OK/Send. I immediately sent an email explaining the issue and followed up with a phone call the next morning. I had to leave a message, but the call was quickly returned. The person making the call handled my error quickly, efficiently and reminded me that an email would be sent as soon as they knew the item had shipped. I expected the email early the following week. To my great surprise I got the actual item delivered before the confirmation email. Wow, almost as good as a time machine. These folks make promises then over deliver. I wish more companies made the effort that these folks do. I'll be back for other equipment when needed. They have become my GOTO for this type of equipment.
