Jul 19,2017Overall a great experience. I was using my i-phone. The site was very user friendly. However, I did not have audio. Even so, I could easily follow along with the bidding just from the interface. I would recommend two enhancements though. First, it is almost too easy to bid. If my screen would not have been locked and I put my i-phone in my pocket with the bid window open, I might have accidentally unknowingly bid. I would make it a two step bid process. First, tap bid. Then tap a button to confirm bid. My second suggestion is to provide a button for me to tell the auctioneer that I'm out of the bidding. This would make it easier to the person watching on-line bidders to know if that person is still in or is out.

The gentleman I spoke with the day I ordered the paper folder was very kind and made sure I was getting a machine that fit our needs best.
