Oct 21,2023I was nervous at first to understand buying online and my advice would be to talk in advance with one of the advisors at Wholesale Hearing. Their opening time is 9am - 5pm Mon to Fri. Ross called me today with support needed for a new hearing aid and feel very comfortable and the problem was resolved.

Oct 06,2023Had an impressive experience purchasing my hearing aids from wholesale hearing. Ross was my first point of contact and all the way up to when I bought the aids, nothing was too much for him as I did ask some silly questions. After byuing, I needed some adjustments, the audiologist, Martin, was good as gold. He set the aids remotely and gave me some good pointers too.

Oct 04,2023Phoned to ask if the wax guards advertised were suitable for my hearing aid shells, i was told correctly that they were and they were delivered in 2 days. Also 3 times cheaper than the last time i got them from Boots Would recommend this supplier anytime

There was a slight issue with the programming of the aids (Resound Omnia 9’s) where they didn’t install the remote access app or tcoil programme, but to be fair they ordered a replacement set of aids and reprogrammed them and sent them out as an exchange so I wasn’t without aids.
