The ordering process was straightforward. There were follow up notifications when needed. Product was delivered as expected. Follow on advice was and is readily available with queries delt with efficiently. I am yet to use on line adjustment and tuning service but expect it to extremely professional .

My Audiologist couldn't get close to this price (Phonak Audeo Paradise P90 13T), from Phonak, so he suggested I buy direct. On ordering them, I supplied my Audiogram, including both the Normal prescription, Conductive and tolerance levels. They arrived in 2 days supplied with closed domes. Since then, my Audiologist has installed slim-tip moulds, and fine tuned the prescription. The service from Wholesale Hearing has been absolutely superb. If you have an Audiologist that will work on Hearing Aids suppied by others, I'd recommend you do. Actually, they will do remote adjustments via the Phonak App, but I've not needed that service. Obviously, the warranty for the Hearing Aids is with Wholesale Hearing, and I've had no reason to use it, so this review is for the product, communication, programming and overall service thus far.

I bought a pair to signia active pro, paid it 1330 pound (half price to other sellers). I even tried the assistance by signia app and I think that wholesale's service it is excellent.

Prior to buying the Phonak hearing devices I spoke to the company and had a full briefing on what the devices would do for me and how they were programmed. It was explained what I needed to provide before purchase (audiogram and ear measurement) and about the no-quibble 30-day refund. I was not completely sure that I wanted to wear hearing aids and whether the cost would justify the means. A good reassuring coversation which conviced me to go ahead.

I was a bit apprehensive getting my hearing aids online at first. But at the prices they were selling the Sigina Active Pro for I took a chance. And I'm glad I did. The whole process from ordering, and sending my latest hearing test to them. To the health questionnaire and lastly the delivery of my new hearing aids was faultless. They keept me updated via email every step of the way. So would I recommend them, you bet I would.
