Nov 20,2023I am impressed by the services regarding the order and shipment of the Phonak Audeo L90 hearing aid. Here are my observations: - The quality-price ratio is very good (in my country it costs twice as much!) -It came complete (charger, receiver, domes, user manual). - It was configured and adjusted according to the Audiogram sent by e-mail and based on the questionnaire. -The device is great, it has clarity, power, it can be adjusted (limited) through the myPhonak application. - Ordering, shipping and receiving the package took 2 weeks. -One negative thing, payment can only be made by credit card! About the operation of the device: after 5 days of operation (3-5 hours/day) I have a headache! I took a break and reduced the volume, high sounds through the application. I think I will ask for an online adjustment after I do a new Audigram. I'll be back! In conclusion, thank you for the services rendered! You are special! I hope that I will be able to order a Phonak Audeo L90 device for the right ear as well. Sorry if Google Translate made mistakes!

Nov 17,2023The selected hearing aids - the Signia Active Pro - arrived quickly, had been prepared by Wholesale Hearing in line with a hearing test provided by a major chemist chain, have been worn for about 3 weeks now and have needed no adjustment. They are extremely comfortable are worn from 5am until 10pm when they slot back into the charger overnight and were more than £1000 cheaper than the identical aids at the major chemist chains and spectacle shops,

Nov 11,2023I am very satisfied with the Phonak hearing aid I bought from the Wholesale hearing. Sophie and Ross were helpful in the purchase process, and the audiologist adjusted my hearing aid perfectly within 20 mins in an online appointment. From my own experience, I nearly bought a Phonak hearing aid from one of the most prestigious hearing clinics in London. I found it had hissing and echo sound from the clinic one when I was in a crowded place but their audiologist said I had to get used to it. The one I bought from Wholesale Hearing is a more updated version of Phonak, better charger, no hissing or echo sound. And the Wholesale Hearing offers 5 years of warranty while the clinic only offers 2 years. And the price is about 60% less than the one I nearly bought from the clinic. Since I tried the hearing aid from the clinic before, I have no problem in setting up the hearing aid and app. Overall, I am a happy customer.

Nov 11,2023I bought a pair of Phonak Paradise P90 hearing aids last week, after I sent a copy of my audiogram it took my programmed hearing aids 4 days to arrive. During the first day of wearing them I discovered a slight sound issue with them. It was arranged to have an online appointment with one of their audiologists via the Phonak app and the issue was resolved extremely professionally within 20 minutes. I’m very pleased with the whole process, beginning to end, the price was fantastic, communication great, and I would have no problem thoroughly recommending them to first time wearers or seasoned user like me. EXCELLENT!

After care is excellent. Very professional and friendly. We had a bit of a problem with my rural WiFi here in France and they were very patient and helpful getting my connection back. Their pricing structure is impressive and for once it is definitely a great deal.
