Feb 27,2021Well, where do I start... I have tried the two major Hearing aid companies through 2020 both offered one make of Aid a well-known brand. When I asked about other makes, I was just told that the ones they offered were the best for my type of hearing. I was prescribed the RIC aids, these kept breaking down due to moisture and this stopped them working. The first company offered no alternative so I obtained a refund. Even though I told the next company the story regarding moisture they prescribed the same ones!!! No surprise to me the wires and receiver kept getting moisture in them and kept breaking down. (I do a lot of long walking and fitness routines I think this causes the moisture problem). Anyway, this Audiologist offered me the Phonax BTE with the tube, my first reaction was they were huge like having a brick behind my ear, but I went along with them and tried them. No good. None of the Aids I tried were any better than my NHS ones. So, another refund. I went back to my trusty NHS hearing aids. I then started doing a lot of research both on line and talking to Audiologists to find out about all the different hearing aids on the market, Signia kept popping up as a very good all-round aid. During my research I came across 'Wholesale hearing' so I started to email them with my requirements and pointing out the problems I had experienced, a person called Ross returned my emails with answers very promptly. After a couple of phone conversations and a lot of emails we established my needs, Ross then gave me three options that suited those needs, I chose the 'Signia motion Charge and go' and promptly paid for them. Ross called me back within the hour to say that Signia have brought out a new model and I could have them at the same price. The aids arrived (so small brilliant) and I needed a bit of help setting up the TV streamer and getting it connected to my Hearing aids, Ross was always there at the end of the phone to help. I cannot recommend this company enough they were fantastic. Ross is without question an absolute credit to Wholesale Hearing. I am so pleased with my hearing aids first time I have been able to hear properly for years. The bonus is doing it on line with WH I made a good money saving as well.

Feb 03,2021Wholesale Hearing - Phonak Paradise Service from ease of order to delivery was at least average or a bit better. They did require several steps that were not made clear in their ordering information. Delivery was satisfactory but the product arrived in non working condition requiring reworking by Phonak which was made difficult because Wholesale Hearing does not appear to be a legitimate channel for distribution.

Be rest assured I bought my hearing aids last week from wholesale hearing and was pleasantly surprised great service and attention to detail and saved £600 on the lowest other estimate, definitely recommend
