Dec 08,2021I was contacted by telephone 24 hours after ordering to arrange a delivery day. Prior to delivery I was contacted with a time slot. Parcel arrived within the time slot. Staff were very professional and polite.

I ordered a Floor Steam Cleaner ,on line,. and paid by Debit Card, the admin lady phoned me back and told me that they were out of stock until the following Wednesday and that the sale price was 20 pounds less than advertised, great, so she would refund my debit card by that amount, My goods were delivered on the Wednesday at the stated time.
