We are very impressed with Williams Electrical. When our tv packed up I ordered a new tv from Williams the next day. Their prices are very competitive and they offer an installation service and take away of your old tv. Initially, they said delivery would be in 7 days as they were very busy, but when I said we could only watch tv on a laptop they pulled out every stop to get us fixed up as soon as possible. The result was that 3 days the new tv was delivered and installed on Tuesday. Everything is professionally done including letting us know the time span of delivery which was on time. The staff are friendly and helpful. We will certainly recommend them to friends and relatives.

Ordered and paid online 30/12/20.. contacted 10mins later and delivery arranged for 2/1/21 which I considered excellent in view of Public Holiday in between. Delivery made as arranged and freezer carried into Garage at back of property as requested. Excellent service and I would thoroughly recommend this company

Just ordered a Samsung TV from Williams Electrical. The model I ordered was sold out nearby. Williams had the model I wanted and at a discounted price. Initially I was unable to order online as I live outside Williams’ delivery area by quite some distance. I sent them an email to enquire about this and received a very speedy reply from Richard who told me I was welcome to arrange a courier to pick up and they would package up the TV. This is exactly what I did. Richard was even nice enough to find the precise measurements of the boxed TV for me. I needed this for the couriers. All this in the evening and long after closing time. I arranged the courier the next day and then called Williams and spoke to Karen who was equally as helpful. The courier picked up the TV within a couple of hours and as promised was waiting for them all packaged up. I received the TV within 24 hours of initially contacting Williams. Karen and Richard really did go above and beyond what I would expect and I would have no hesitation to recommend such a professional company. Companies like this really do deserve your business. Really appreciate all your help and wish you the best of luck for the future guys.

The sales & support process from Williams was great. I would use them again. They contacted me via phone to confirm the delivery day and time window. The delivery team took Covid19 precautions and wore masks & gloves. The only issue I have had is finding the link to register the extended guarantee with Samsung. Samsung do not make it obvious and there was nothing in the info pack with the TV. I contacted Williams and they provided it.

Fantastic company! They have a great selection of products all at a competitive price. William's Electrical was £50 cheaper for our TV than all the big electrical companies. Once we had ordered, they had great communication through telephone calls to arrange a delivery date and time slot with us, on the day of delivery the driver called us to let us know when he was 30 mins away. All staff we spoke to or met were super friendly and polite, I couldn't reccomend this company enough. Thank you for a great service and we will definitely be shopping with you again!

Good price on the kettle but really slow delivery. Ordering was easy and good paperwork. Good job I had a spare kettle to put me on.

I do not know why but this was my first purchase from Williams, it will certainly not be the last. My under work surface fridge decided it was going to be awkward during the pandemic. I wanted the same make/model as my freezer which I knew Williams stocked so gave them a try. Unfortunately it was out of stock but a very helpful lady said she would ring as soon as they received a delivery which She did. I immediately paid over the phone as we were in lockdown and delivery was arranged. Not only were they courteous and efficient they were competitive.

Had the item in stock and gave me several updates on delivery timescales. The vacuum is also amazing. I vacuumed with the new one straight after the old one and it was amazing how much it picked up!
