Feb 05,2021There was an initial supply issue from the manufacturer. This was dealt with quickly and efficiently by Williams whose personal communication throughout was greatly appreciated. Once resolved, delivery was immediate. Would highly recommend the levels of service.

The delivery was the following week, it was delivered on time and the 2 men were friendly and put the dryer where I wanted it.

Jan 23,2021Honestly can't thank these guy's enough. My old TV went pop in the middle of lockdown MK3 and I felt it was time for an upgrade. As all stores were closed, it was proving difficult to get the information I needed and get somewhere that would let me click and collect. Until I spoke to Williams. They had all the info I require and sorted me out that very day. 20 minutes later I was The happy owner of my new LG Nano0866 Tv and I wasn't about to go insane at home. Their customet support was amazing and even registered my warrenty for me. Legends! Would 100% recommend to anyone. Thanks again!

Jan 21,2021I was looking for a replacement hob and oven as mine was nearly 20 years old and having spent hours looking at some of the big nationwide retailers out there and getting confused about all the new regulations I decided to call Williams Electrical. I was so glad that I did as I was immediately put at ease by Richard who explained what they can do, he even checked my existing model to make sure the new Neff hob and oven would fit. I placed the order over the phone which ended up costing less than any of the big retailers. Delivery was swift and completely social distanced. The delivery men took away my old appliances and all the packaging and the gas engineer stayed behind to install both appliances. Despite coming across a few issues with the hob installation (all to do with the existing set up) and having to spend 4 hours installing them both, he was polite, reasonably priced for the extra work involved , explained how the appliances work and left the area very clean. Fantastic service from start to finish and I look forward to cooking and baking goodies in my new set up!! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Williams Electrical to anyone and I will be back for a TV later this year. Thank you so much for the fantastic service

Feb 11,2021The Bosch cordless vacuum cleaner is brilliant for hard floors, rugs and carpets. It’s powerful suction draws in all dirt. I have hard floors and rugs and it works for both extremely well.
