Jan 18,2023This is not about fully Woodhouse , I ordered a substantial order that was shipped on time and sent via DPD. I was not in to collect my order so DPD left it out at 2pm under my front window on the street visible for anyone to see and sent me a picture of it saying they had left it in my porch I Do NOT have a porch , and surprise surprise it was gone when I got home at 6:30pm I tried contacting you but no response I’ve tried DPD nothing so I’m now doing down the dispute route to get my money back or items sent out via a better courier
