Jan 17,2023Have spent well in excess of £500 with Woodhouse Clothing in the past few weeks. Wanted to return something but was "outside their returns window". Refused to help me. Pretty short sighted as in total I must have spent over £1000 in the past year. Plenty of other retailers out there, Woodhouse will never get anymore of my business. Pretty short sighted really.

Jan 16,2023They were great I purchased unlimited delivery in November 2022, which was great Last week they removed it off my profile I chatted to them and they told me that they had a system upgrade and they had some technical problems This morning they are telling me they can’t offer the same service They won’t even reimburse me for the unlimited delivery and told me I’d used it so much I’m sorry but you are not trading legally or indeed ethically
