Jan 14,20232 DPD notifications of one hour delivery on consecutive days but no attempt made to deliver on either day. Following day (day 3) I received notification to say it was on its way back to Woodhouse! Woodhouse customer services were excellent and offered an immediate refund or to post out again when it arrived but this is very poor from their chosen delivery company. They also contacted the delivery company but they could shed no light on the issues. I’ve taken the refund, as don’t want to run the risk of it happening again, and the company has lost a sale here.

Jan 14,2023I am from Hong Kong. If I should have read the review here, I would not place order in Woodhouse. Same problem as everyone encounter here... After I placed order on 6 Jan, a waybill number is created in DHL by next day, so I think everything should be in order... But till today the status still the same (shipment information received)... I really doubt if the parcel has been collected by DHL or not? Customer service replied me that is the problem from DHL...Should I trust you? Meanwile I placed order at another UK company website and they also used DHL as courier, and it only took 3 days to send the parcel to me from UK to HK, what a big contrast!!
