Jan 13,2023I ordered a tracksuit and T-shirt for my son for Christmas the delivery driver took a photo (not handing it to anyone just a picture of him holding the parcel outside my door ) my door was closed? I’ve contacted you serverl times filled out the form sent it back and still nothing still getting ingorged it was well over a £100 for things I never received livid is not the word !!!!! Edit..... as I stated I have sent the form back and have the email!!!!!!

D.P.D said they had delivered the item and showed a photo of where they left it,it was not even my building spoke to Chris at Woodhouse and he said it was delivered to the building next to mine so went to see if it was there fat chance back on the phone to Chris and he said it’s going to take time and all the while I’m paying Clearpay for something I’ve never received and also had to buy another jumper costing even more money.
