From the Flights, Bus Rides, Tours, and our fabulous Guide (Emily) and our wonderful Bus Driver (Rosto - spelling?), it was an amazing experience. Thank you for putting together the perfect amount of activities, sight seeing, exploring, and eating :)

Had a great time. Seats for the game were not great and made me sick sitting up there due to motion sickness. So did not enjoy that.

My experience was fantastic! The tour was organized in an incredible way, carefully planned step by step. Ruben took care of every detail until the end of our trip and guided us in everything we did or were going to do. The assistants for the presentations and explanations of the artwork, such as Rossana, were invaluable in helping us learn about everything, including the history of the Royal Palace, the kings, and the art inside this magnificent palace. One thing I believe should be considered is allowing more time for souvenir shopping, as we only had time in Barcelona and not much in other places or cities.

Trip was so well organized. The reason the trip was so awesome was because of our tour guide Ruben Alonso…so organized, knowledgeable and kind. The students loved him.

The onsite staff was wonderful. They were accommodating and and addressed any concerns. The activities were planned were nice. I will say however, the activities were scheduled too close together to allow adequate transition time. There was also a lack of clarity on scheduled provided prior and schedule that was apparently provided to some onsite

Everything on the trip worked great for us. Marina and Valerie were both great to work with, I will be using Worldstrides again for our next trip in 2026.

WorldStrides were very organized and helped my group travel pretty well. The trip went pretty smooth and the staff were great. My peers had fun and we were safe the whole time. WorldStrides did great on my band trip!

The trip and the tour guide were excellent. However, our flight was cancelled and Explorica would not help get all of us out of the country. I was forced to get my own flight and I am being told they will not reimburse me for it. Our other travelers are still stuck in another country with no way out for almost another week. For a company that specializes in travel, this is unacceptable on so many levels.

Our trip was very well organized. The only changes that I would have made were strictly logistical. At SeaWorld, we would have liked to have had an option to return to the hotel a little earlier and when leaving the AlamoBowl, we were the last ones to leave. I know that logistics are difficult in these situations, and I'm not saying it was handled bad, I would have just liked an option.

Our tour guide, AndreaAnne and our bus driver, Luc, were wonderful. Both were very knowledgeable of the area and kept us very safe. Transportation to our destinations were smooth. Both were flexible when weather forced change. The group was very attentive and well-behaved. Meal selections ensure that everyone's dietary needs were kept in mind. Hotel was comfortable and easy to access. Felt very safe. Activities were at the right skill level for all to participate and options were available for anyone who felt uncomfortable. It was the most fun I've ever had in the cold!

To be completely frank and honest, I believe World Strides completely dropped the ball on our trip to Costa Rica. From the totally disorganized and incompetent billing prior to our trip to the air transportation during our adventure, World Strides totally missed the target. It was obvious to us when we received our flight information about 2 weeks before our departure that World Strides was more about saving themselves money than providing a great experience for its customers. This became clear when our adult performance group had to board the bus to catch the plane for Charlotte, NC, not San Jose, Costa Rica at 12:45 AM. Our flight departed O'Hair around 5 AM, with arrival in Charlotte @ around 8 AM. After a 3 hour layover in Charlotte, we finally boarded the plane to San Jose around 11 AM. This is, in a word, unacceptable, especially for an adult touring group that booked this tour more than a year in advance. But that's not the only corner that was cut. While in Costa Rica, we literally spent more time on a bus than we did enjoying the Costa Rican culture. This was a result of totally inept planning on World Stride's part because we ended up returning to places we had been at earlier in the trip. Instead of visiting sites in San Jose for a few days and then moving to different parts of the country, we spent a few hours there our first day, then early in the morning of the second day, we boarded the bus for what turned into a 5 hour bus ride, just to check into a hotel laden with mildew, non-functioning air conditioning and hot water, and located close to nothing we were about to see. It was, in a word, cheap, in every sense. After another long bus ride, we were taken to another city where we finally got to experience the warmth and joy of the Costa Rican people. It was, however short-lived, as we had but a few hours to enjoy this stop because we had ... you guessed it ... more bus travel ahead of us. We were a touring concert band, expecting to perform concerts in several Costa Rican venues. Our first concert was in a beautiful church, but due to a lack of publicity on World Stride's part, our audience ended up being fewer people than were in our traveling group. To say we were all disappointed in the turn out is definitely an understatement. We expected more and were severely disappointed, but back on the bus we went and returned about 3 hours later to our mildew infested rooms. The entire trip had similar experiences. Lots of time on the bus, followed by a few hours to experience the culture, followed by another bus ride back to the hotel. Toward the end of the trip, we played in a beautiful Basilica after a mass. Many of the parishioners stayed and enjoyed our concert. From there, we traveled to a different hotel, which was an obvious improvement over the place we stayed our first 4 days. The one and only bright spot of our trip was our tour guide, Pav. He used the time we had together on the bus to inform us of many of the things we probably didn't know about his country. He was outstanding in every sense of the word. Pav is an independent contractor that was hired by Worlds Strides, so he too, was along for the ride with us on the bus. He didn't organize the trip, he simply served as our guide and did what he could to make our time together more enjoyable. Had World Strides personnel simply sat down with a map and briefly considered the amount of time we were about to spend on a bus during our time there, Pav's job would have been immensely easier and the people in our group would have enjoyed more of what Costa Rica has to offer. Pav was great! He taught us about Costa Rica's history, its ecosystem, and its way of life. He not only showed us "how" and "what" Costa Rican daily life consisted of, he also showed us "why" they believe and live this life style. Pav was definitely the best part of the trip and should not be criticized for World Stride's inept planning and organization of this trip. Pav rescued the sinking boat, in my opinion, because literally anything World Strides did in the organization of this trip was a complete failure.

Be sure you are double checking trip before departure. Was told by customer support rep that everything was updated and good to go. However this was not correct and trip was canceled and had to be pieced together days before departure. Trip was great however very disappointed in customer support leading up to trip.

WorldStrides planned and delivered an extraordinary trip and performance to SanAntonio and the Alamo Bowl. Each day of the trip brought new adventure and fun places to be. The hotel, transportation, and activities provided were top notch. The opportunity to perform in the half-time show in front of over 64,000 was a once in a lifetime.Thank you WorldStrides for making this trip so smooth and enjoyable.

The process was frustrating to register my student. The questions were not answered completely by the reps. The insurance provided is not clear up front as to the possible means that could prevent no refunds and is slipped into the process where we did not realize it was an option. When questions were submitted as payments were being made, answers were not provided by the company to make the process run smoothly. Overall, this was frustrating and I would not pay for my child’s trip next time if this company is used.

As soon as we got into Florida for the Pop Tart Bowl, we were greeted with the most pleasant and genuine welcome. I don't remember anyone's name except Chris', but everyone was so nice and warm.

Scheduling a 4-day trip to the minute for 85 people and having it go basically without a hitch is amazing! Everything from the schedule to the bus drivers was spot on!
