Feb 02,2019No major issues. I had asked for a new invoice because the date I paid for TV was not the date I picked up TV. However, I registered with LG the date I received TV and seems to be no issues. I was just concerned I would loose a few days of warranty. I also, called LG customer service to be sure iElectrica.com was legit and would honor the factory warranty. They advised me they were an approved vendor and I would have no issues. I live in SW Florida and was able to pick TV up from one of their warehouses. The warehouse people were exceptionally helpful and unpacked TV. In addition, they turned unit on to be sure all was ok before I left warehouse. I saved approx $2000 in compared to purchasing at best buy.

Feb 01,2019Got it in 2 days ground shipment. It took about ten minutes to install. Works great. Don’t have to manually turn the fireplace on and off to control the temperature. IElectrica was $40 cheaper than Amazon and EBay. Would gladly recommend to my friends.

While I didn't expect this gesture, it was very much appreciated, given the item was an expensive one. The freight company took about a week to deliver my TV, but I understand this is common with freight companies. The TV is fabulous, and I saved a bundle buying from this seller. All-in-all, this was a good experience, and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase again from this seller!

Jan 30,2019Only reason they did not receive 5 stars was due to the fact I paid extra for white glove delivery. They were supposed to bring The TV into the room, unbox it, plug it in and verify no damage and that the TV worked. The delivery team refused and set my 82” Samsung Qled on my front porch and drove away. Thankfully the TV had no issues, but it was very difficult for my wife and I to get the TV upstairs, which was why we paid extra.

Jan 30,2019Delivery and setup went perfectly. It did take 3 weeks to receive from the order date, but it was during the holidays so everything was slower than normal. The only negative was in tracking the shipment; when checking online all the tracking in information was way behind. I had to call several times to check status and wait for up to 15 minutes on hold.
