Feb 20,2019I was initially skeptical because the price difference was significantly lower than my local store. I ended up taking a chance and saving $1,186 on a Samsung Q9 65 inch. The shipping was fast and included on the price, there was no additional fees for insurance or upgraded shipping. The TV arrived brand new in the factory box and it was delivered inside the house and turned on. I could not have asked for a better buying experience and would not hesitate to use iElectrica again.

Feb 20,2019I bought an LG OLED TV from iElectrica in December 2016. The seller met every promise and it’s efforts were fine. Unfortunately, LG lied in its advertising about screen burn-in, and I am now left with cable news logos burned into the screen. The lesson is that iElectrica is a fine online seller, but OLED TVs suffer permanent screen burn-in in less than a year. Avoid LG OLED TVs like the plague!

Feb 20,2019The people I dealt with were very courteous. Big mix up in delivery. I waited at home on 2 different occasions for the delivery but nobody showed up. I had to wait for several weeks past the scheduled due date and then I drove a half hour to their warehouse to pick up my tv. The owner did give me a $50 credit for my difficulties which was honorable on his part.
