Nov 13,2015we received our tv fast but unfortunately it was broken. ielectrica had it picked up the next day and our new one was on it's way .and caught the new one in 2 days. in fact we accidently received 2 tv. and they took care of that also. I would recommend them to everyone. excellent customer service.

Nov 13,2015Purchased a 65" Samsung UHD from these folks only to have it show up with a cracked screen from shippers. I called them and they setup return of the cracked TV and within a week I had my new TV in my living room. The quality is great and it was the same TV that Samsung wanted $4k more for. Don't be afraid to buy with these folks; products are the real deal and so is the customer service!!!! I give them 6*s

Nov 09,2015I was very skeptical about purchasing a LG 55EG9600 television from iElectrica due to the fact that the price was so much lower than the competitors. I spent an entire weekend looking for complaints or bad reviews and only found POSITIVE feedback about iElectrica. I decided that I would call and see if this was for real and I spoke with a nice gentleman named Shawn (Sean?). He was friendly, informative and quite helpful. He explained that they just run an efficient low-margin business. So I made the choice to purchase the TV. Shortly after my purchase, the shipping company contacted me to schedule a day and a time. (Also very friendly) It came EXTREMELY fast. The unit was factory sealed and worked perfectly. iElectrica has won my business and I hope to be a repeat shopper. Thank you!

Sep 19,2015The delivery of my television took several weeks, after I was told it would take 1.5 to 2 weeks at most and even paid an additional amount for what I was told was expedited delivery. If I was simply told from the beginning that the TV would take so long to get delivered, I would not have worried about it so much, but it got to a point where I began to wonder if it was ever going to actually get delivered to me at all.

May 02,2015To say that I was skeptical at first would be a huge understatement. How could I get an awesome TV for a huge saving. I must have googled these guys about a hundred different ways looking for any reason not believe the deal. After about a week I decided to take the risk. Well there was one hiccup. My TV actual was lost during shipment by the shipping company. But with one call to the sales team these guys were all over it and my TV was found and delivered without a blemish. I would have to say that the whole experience (minus the shipping company) went very smoothly. I have had the TV now for 4 months and could not be happier.

It took one day to process the order and two days for white glove delivery to Maryland. iElectrica is outstanding in service and pricing. Feb 18,2015I had a few questions about this TV on Ebay from iElectrica. It was a 84in. LG 9800. I called and talked to Joe. He was very polite and rather low key. He answered all my questions and gave me some good advice on an extended warranty . This was confirmed later on by an LG technician. The communication throughout the process was very good and I was updated regularly. It arrived on time and in perfect condition. I only wish the delivery service had 2 men instead of one because it is heavy and came in a huge crate.

Feb 18,2015Processing quick and efficient, great price. My only complaint was when the delivery service came it was one man carrying a 176lb TV. I had stairs up to my doorway. He got it off the truck then he said "we dont do stairs" after an awkward pause of me just looking at him after he made that statement I said I can help you. So we both picked up the tv and took it inside my home. TV was heavy, Im a small person.

Nov 13,2015Good price, no sales tax, and free shipping. IElectric called to verify the order, and did not try and up sell me anything. They even included the white glove delivery for no extra charge. The TV was delivered, unboxed, and plugged in to make sure it worked before the delivery guys left. TV works great!
