I just wanted to leave a review for Carolia. I encountered roadblocks this year in receiving my first X Pole this year (2020). I first i purchased a XPert Pole back in April which I received a Fed Ex shipping label yet never physically received my package. In July I contacted X Pole about my order status, but by that time I changed my my mind a opted instead to purchase a X stage lite ( which I love). After emailing back and forth with others Carolia personally called me to make purchasing the difference seamless and easy via PayPal by applying my payment of my X Pert Pole to my X stage lite. I had the pleasure of speaking to customer service rep Carolina the other day and she turned a very bitter and unfortunate situation into a positive experience. She was professional, engaging and took the time to actively listen to my concerns/complaints. Sometimes things are beyond our control and I appreciate the X-Pole team showing up for me/their customers during these crazy times that we live in.
Kash and the team at Xpole were so incredibly helpful and prompt. Kash answered my questions and made sure to get the exact measurements and model number for my pole in order to give me the best fit for the extension. I was absolutely worried about purchasing this product from XPole because of all the customer reviews. 100% of those worries came from customers complaining about email response times and communication. I can assure you that every single one of those reviews are total crap. The people at XPole were the absolute best at everything they did. The customer service was top of the line just like the pole. 100% satisfied and 10/10 would buy another one from them. And I’m giving a huge thank you directly aimed at Melissa Mares for being one of the nicest reps I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. The entire team including the makers and distributors deserve acknowledgement of being an incredible team/company to deal with. The pole itself was so easy to set up. It’s easy static to spinning locking mechanism is the bees knees. When I first put it up I tightened the pole up to the ceiling pretty tight and when I gave it a spin I was disappointed. It wasn’t until my soulmate jumped on it and she gave it a routine. She spun so effortlessly and was almost in tears with how incredible the pole was. I have it a try myself and realized, once it had weight on it is when it really takes on a life of its own. If you buy some knock off after reading this review then I’m not sorry for you. You absolutely get what you pay for here.
I am willing to change my star choice at a later date if my current disappointment changes. When I decided to purchase a dance pole I did some very intense research on the multiple companies out there. I finally made the decision to order from xpole. I know that right now with the pandemic going on it has put delays on a lot of things. Totally understandable. I just wish that given this time of crisis we are in, that if a purchase has been done, which is not a cheap purchase at that, (over $400.00) that a business would at least keep in touch with the customer about their purchase until it has successfully arrived. By a lack of communication, in this pandemic crazy time we are in, it causes a bit of unnecessary and avoidable anxiety and frustration on the customer's part. The last thing that anyone is wanting is to worry about whether or not a big purchase is turning into a failed purchase. Nobody wants to have to take action towards getting their money reversed. Who wants that crazy headache. I apologize for my long rant. Just a customer trying to patiently wait for their pricey purchase..or just an update at least. Thanks.
I have not yet received my X-pert pole, so I can not rate my actual experience with the product. I completely understand due to Covid, shipping and communication times are extended. If a representative from X-pole can assist, I would greatly appreciate it. UPDATE: I was contacted immediately, and all questions were answered. I also received my shipping update. Due to an error of address, on my part... there was a slight delay. But Carolina fixed the issue, and it was shipped out today! Thank you so much Carolina for reaching out to me so quickly, and helping me with my order. She was very helpful, kind, and understanding with my concerns. I can not wait to receive my very first X-pole! ***Everyone please just give them some time. California is under a serious lockdown, so give a little kindness and patience with the reps at X-Pole. Buying a pole has been something I've been wanting for YEARS! Finally pulled the trigger, now just waiting for it to arrive. Carolina helped me with a couple issues regarding the invoice generation so that I could expense the charge to my work as part of our gym/wellness reimbursement plan. SUPER helpful. So happy.

I bought a Lyra pole in April. This is the first item I’ve bought from this company. It took two months to get here and arrived super damaged. Contacted them to let them know and they’ve been communicative through email. 3 months after ordering still trying to get the replacement parts for this order. Hopefully I’ll get the last replacement part I’m waiting on. Had planned on getting a Lyra rig in the future but may have consider getting that else where.
I ordered my X Pole about a month ago and it got delivered today. Due to the pandemic (international) shipping took a little longer than usual and it took way longer than usual for X Pole to get the pole ready for shipping as they ran out of stock because of the lockdown obviously. However, in my eyes this is not a problem at all – it was announced before I placed my order and Lara from X Pole customer support gave me a lot of helpful and friendly updates and helped me change my order so I would get my pole ealier (I changed colour from powder coated black to white). This worked out very well and I am very happy with my pole and the whole process of order and delivery by UPS. The pole is of good quality. Before I ordered my new X Pole, I used a no-name pole and I can really feel the difference, especially while spinning. The X Pole glides way smoother. Also the way it is built (X Joints) feels very safe. From what I have seen so far, it's worth the money!
If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed an order with them almost 2 months ago and was told it would be shipped to me by June 15th, it’s now July 2nd and they won’t answer my calls or emails to even help me find out where my pole is. How can you run a company with zero customer service? I wish I would have ordered off of any other site than xpole
I just spoke on the phone today with Carolina Stone and she was wonderful--so helpful and nice! I've been waiting a long time for my pole due to COVID delays and really appreciated that Xpole offered me the chance to switch my order so that I could get a pole sooner (thank you Kash for the email update!). I ended up needing to order an additional extension piece so the pole could be used in a room with a higher ceiling, and Carolina helped combine the orders so they ship together which was awesome! (I was so worried it would take an additional month for the extension to ship due to delays). So excited for my pole to arrive, thank you Xpole!!
Update: received my pole a few days after posting this, but still was never sent shipping/tracking information, or a notice of shipment. Very happy with the product, just wish there would’ve been *some* form of communication throughout all this. I know circumstances are extenuating at the moment, though ••• I would love to be able to give a better review, since I’ve seen so many great comments about their product quality and customer service. But it’s been over 7 weeks since I placed my order, and I still haven’t gotten any useful updates on when I’ll receive it. The order status was updated from “processing” to “completed”, but I still haven’t gotten any shipping information or a timeline for when that information will be available to me. Really hoping I’m able to get *any* details about my order soon

Couldn't fault their customer service at all, called up and Laura (I believe thats her name) was so helpful!! She was friendly and solved my problem quickly and easily with no fuss! Have seen a lot of people complaining about ling waits on poles but they only started shipping again recently so of course theres gonna be a wait, its a global pandemic guys you have to be patient, i waited 3 and 1/2 weeks for my pole but when i contacted them they were very helpful letting me know timeframes about when the stock was available. Amazing service and I'm so excited to finally have a pole at home!!
Carolina Stone is amazing. The true definition of customer care. There are so many representatives that do not put the customer/client first and she did just that. The old school feel of “The customer is always right”. Though this wasn’t a matter of who’s right or wrong, I know I can trust in this company and will be ordering again in the near future. I was able to pick up my xstage and extension in the same week and Kash was great accommodating the pickup for me! Also I really appreciate the customer service I received from Carolina over the phone, she was very friendly and easy to talk to. She had warned me about potential fraud/ card problems when having trouble with my delivery refund. I’m glad she reached out and was so helpful!
