I am sure their products are great if I could ever actually get them. However, their popular items are literally NEVER in stock. I have only been keeping track on their website for 2 months and their chrome pole and extensions are CONSTANTLY out of stock. If you miss the 2 second window they are on the website, you are out of luck until the next month. VERY frustrating. The pole are expensive, and they should know the demand by now. Very disappointing. Maybe I'll get my pole and extension by next summer. Also, their website isn't very well done and hard to navigate.

X-Pole have dealt with my request professionally and friendly. I needed some spare parts, but wasn't sure which I needed. I sent them pictures, they informed me and got back to me with the costs within a week (with some technical problems on my end). When they informed me that they might not be able to get a part to me till after May, I said I would look elsewhere and they located a part for me from another location. Excellent customer service and affordable prices.
Don't bother with them if you actually want your item. I ordered a XPERT 40mm Powder Coated Black from the UK site. I placed my order mid Feb and within a day I got an email from customer services saying it was out of stock till the end of Feb and would I like a refund. I said no and that I was happy to wait. Roll around the end of Feb, still no pole. So I have to email them asking for an update, they didn't email me with any updates or anything at any point of their own accord. They tell me they are now due at the end of the first week of March. It gets to that date, NO POLE. So I have to email again... it's now due 2nd week of March.... gets to the end of the 2nd week of March... STILL NO POLE. This went on for 5 weeks. and in the end I gave up and got my refund. They appear to have no idea what is going on with their stock, they would prefer to offer a refund than deal with a customer, and don't seem to care about their customers at all. Not to mention they are breaking the distance selling rules by taking money for an out of stock product that they can't deliver within 31 days. Don't bother wasting your time with this company unless you can be bothered to deal with the rude customer service staff & potentially never getting your item. It's such a shame because their products are incredible, but I wish they would advertise stock levels on their site and stop wasting peoples time.
Absolutely outstanding customer service. Worked with me on multiple occasions to sort spares for my pole. Would highly recommend them.
We ordered an A-frame and hoop for my daughter's birthday knowing that the frame was out of stock but were willing to wait the two weeks which they said it would take. The frame finally arrived after nearly a month yesterday but without the hoop that was never out if stock and they could have sent immediately when we made the order and she could have received in time for her birthday. Especially as the money was taken out of my husband's account as soon as the order was made! We called to say the hoop was missing to be told there were too many pallets for the lorry so despite our order and parcel clearly stating 1&2 of 2 parcels they only sent one! To add insult to injury we've now just been informed by UPS that due to 'bad weather' the hoop may take another day to arrive. I now have a 9 year old sat next to an empty A-frame desperate for her hoop to arrive.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered through them (Canadian buyer) and I will never make the same mistake again. I tried to cancel my order after they charged my friend THREE times and maxed out her credit card. When I cancelled my order, I had to call them multiple times and send multiple emails just to get a simple refund confirmation email. After all of this headache, when they did give me a refund, it wasn't for the total amount that they charged. They claimed innocence by saying that they didn't know anything about currency conversion rates even though I sent them a clear picture of the different conversion rates applied by my bank. After all of this,they STILL kept a significant portion of my refund and refused to give me back my money. The service was terrible, I had to call over 10 times to get through to an operator, and the whole time I was on the phone with this girl,there was someone yelling in the back, clearly yelling about me and my inquiry. Not only did I lose money, but I was not even handled or treated fairly. All I asked was for my simple full refund back like they said they would give me, and they failed to deliver. Now I have lost part of my refund while they claim to have "no knowledge of currency conversions." Never order through them directly unless you want to be screwed over. I would highly NOT recommend this company.
X-pole's products are head and shoulders above the rest. The customer service team have gone above and beyond to ensure that my wife is over the moon with her x-pole. We had a minor issue with the ordering facility on the website but this was resolved very easily through the help of x-pole's very friendly and helpful service team. My wife has used x-poles in the past and she will continue to do so for as long as the product and service are this good. Thank you again to everyone at x-pole.co.uk and we will have no reservations about recommending their products and services to anyone in the future.
X-Pole are an amazing company who are extremely helpful. Their brands are second to none and personally I would use no other pole in my school, due to the safety of the equipment that x-pole provide. Their whole staff team is outstanding, and they bend over backwards to help you. I've now been using the company for over 8 years and would not recommend any one else.
I have used X Poles for many years, and an X Pole was the first pole that I ever danced on, or taught on. Have used several different sizes. Really loved the original X Pole but was super disappointed with the new ones. Used them in many venues across the country and had problems in almost every venue. Love the new 40mm size and LOVE the stages, but really did prefer the old style design. My biggest criticism about X Pole would be customer service. Messages take ages to be responded to, sometimes you don't get a response at all without calling and calling and leaving more than one message. Really appreciate having an opportunity to feedback.
X pole are by far the best pole manufacturers on the market and provide very good quality safe poles, however a few improvements could be made with the x-joint design as they twist and it would be good to have more designs specific for high ceilings.
I have been using X-Pole since 2009 and think they are GREAT as providers of Poles, ambassadors of pole and have set the “Pole” high for other pole providers to compete with. My ONLY issue is that eventually the X-Joint does turn on every pole if used in a studio environment IE repetitive, hard use. - On writing this as you can see below a FAST, INFORMATIVE and POLITE response, customer service at its best. I look forward to the email response with how I can prevent this in the future! As the company grows and grows I hope they will expand their opening times also to accommodate their growing following and need for customer services. The tech team are 2nd to none and happy to help whenever possible which is really encouraging. The instruction manuals are good for a manual minded person but for Joe Public can sometimes be slightly confusing, as an X-Pole distributor I have had many questions regarding installation of poles and on many occasions have ended up going round to help. In general X-Pole is Brilliant and I cannot fault them, as they travel more with conventions, events and HUGE competitions I believe it would be in their best interests to have casual staff available to step in when they are on skeleton staff in the office so things can continue to run as smoothly as normal for people not attending these events. X-Pole ROCK!
I ordered my TG x-pert pole from Emma in Cape Town (English lady). Being English myself I am used to appalling customer service in my own country and am always amazed by how good it is here in SA! So I email with a million questions (all answered quickly!) and before I knew it my pole was with me! Emma is an excellent representative for X-Pole and I even went to her house to collect my little kit bag of stickers and wrist bands etc. She was very knowledgeable with my million other questions too. I highly recommend x-pole for the purchase of a pole and Emma in particular.
This is a tension pole and totally works on carpet. it didn't damage my ceiling and can even support my husband fully. All of my friends have been having tons of fun coming over and trying it out. Be careful when trying the spinning pole though, you can get pretty dizzy. it was easy to put together too. the instructions in the box suck, but they made a youtube video, so if you just look it up they will show you step by step how to do it :)

Nov 04,2018I'm really upset that I paid 580 canadian dollars for the newest model x pert pro px set (and an extension for a low ceiling beam) and received the xpole sport model which cannot even spin on Saturday unable to contact them at all. I really hope this will not happen to anyone else...it's an awful situation not being able to pole so long and then receiving a static pole. Edit: But otherwise service and product is the best so I have changed the rating ❤💗🧡💚❤💗🧡💚🦄
