Caroline went above and beyond to assist me today, she called me and when my number was not the same she updated my info and gave me all the possible details I could need for my purchase! This is the second time I have written this, because I couldn’t finish logging into my Facebook. Hopefully this time I can continue with Google. These are the types of problems I have with phone communication and such....something simple just turns into something more for me. So, when I wrote down the wrong zip on the pole order, the heat was on boy, and I was challenged with a docu sign that Required too much personal info and which needed upload of stuff. Anyway, Carolina helped me out. She was very personable and helpful like my old Amazon buddies. Customer service is so important. Thanks, Carolina, for being so professional, smart, and nice.

I ordered a nearly one thousand dollar XStage Lite directly from Pole. I had been saving for this pole for a year. With the price point that these poles are at, you would think reaching customer service would be somewhat more accessible but you would be WRONG. Nowhere on the website did they say that they could not deliver to P.O. boxes. Now Fedex is holding my Xpole hostage, Xpole is completely unresponsive with no way to contact them to rectify this. Fedex is going to return my package to California without being able to provide any way shape or form of rectifying this situation. The real kicker is that when I ordered this pole, I UNCHECKED a box that said that a signature would not have to be required if unchecked. Knowing it was going to my local post office, which is also closed for the weekend, I UNCHECKED the box. However, somewhere along the way, Xpole COMPLETELY DISREGARDED this and required a signature. Now my Xpole is being held over a hundred miles away from me and I have NO WAY to get it. I offered to make the 200 mile round trip to get my pole and Fedex said that Xpole will not even let me go get it from them. This is unbelievable. Poling should be affordable and accessible to everyone, not just the most wealthy in California. I paid hard earned money for my Stage Lite and have been beyond excited to receive it. I understand not wanting to overwork employees but with how expensive this equipment is - accessible, supportive customer service SHOULD be available for longer hours at least on Fridays, right before all the mail offices are closed for the weekend! I really hope Xpole will make this right.

Carolina at X-Pole was great at communicating throughout the whole process of my order from start to delivery. There was a delay due to high demand and she and the customer service team kept me apprised of the status of my order via both email and phone. I appreciated the communication. I received a phone and email shipping confirmation and my product arrived around the time they anticipated the back-order would be fulfilled. The product is SOLID. I went with industry experience and standard.

Had a great experience buying a new pole from X-Pole and an easy time installing it. I had their original 50mm chrome pole and enjoyed it for many years. I just decided on their new 45mm X-Pert Pro chrome with X-Lock with help from Amy in Customer Relations who should be a role model for customer service everywhere. Quick responses and advice based on personal experience. When I was happy with my choice, I ordered it Tuesday night and it arrived Thursday! Ecstatic! Now, the Arrive app I used didn’t update the tracking, it’s still not saying the order wasn’t even shipped, so maybe that’s not the best, but it’s not their app. I had the pole set up pretty quickly, levelling is the only time consuming part I find, but maybe 15 minutes if you’re really slow and also fussy. The new X-Lock is such a great idea, I love it! No more hex keys to switch from spin to static mode and back. It’s so easy and only takes a second or two. Game changer! I haven’t had a lot of practice time on it yet but I’m happy all around, always been a fan of the X-Pole brand and their quality

I am extremely satisfied with the company X-pole. I had problems with my brass pole and the customer service was excellent. The manager, Amy, was very kind and responded quickly to my emails (thank you so much)! Although I had some problems with my pole, I highly recommend X-pole, because they want their clients to be satisfied and they want their products to be of very good quality! Delivery was also very fast!

I’m very happy with my purchase and excited to start using my X-Pole Stage. My contact Carolina Stone, at Xpole was very helpful and attentive to making sure that I received my shipment. I had an issue with Fedex concerning a timely delivery, and had a difficulty reaching the correct personnel at FedEx to help. Carolina went above and beyond as a liaison between the FedEx rep and me, to make sure I was given accurate updates concerning my delivery. Without her help I may not have received my poles by the time I needed them. Beyond grateful to have Carolina as my Xpole rep. Many thanks to her! She’s does a fantastic job.

I love my X Pole! I have an expert 45 mm chrome pole in my house. Super easy to set up and take down. I like that it can work for different ceiling heights - really convenient for travel/moving. I was worried about the pole causing damage to my ceiling but the amazing customer service provided by Heydi made me feel at ease about my purchase. I haven't had my pole leave any marks at all.

I ordered an x pole stage lite, it arrived on time but the packaging was broken. When I opened the boxes there was dirt and oil all over each part of the pole. The A pole was damaged as the plastic packaging was stuck inside the pole base. The main base had rusted/ faded metal. I contacted support and they said that I would have to have all original card board boxes in order to complete the return. I see this as unreasonable as the boxes were ripped on arrival.

I would run from this company takes forever to get a refund, (still waiting) ... was souposed to be here 4 days ago my refund as soon as they seen it headed back to them .. well its a hour away from them im still waiting on my refund i have already purchased another pole, much better quality ( will never wear out).. they garenteed it will come on the days i have off then they scheduled for pickup at a location due to my schedule.. that was fine.. then they wanted me to drive a 2 hr round trip in mh vehicle to go get the idem! ... nope thats about 40 in gas ontop of the 200$ shipping charge! So i thought this waa a simpler alternative... i guess not.. its been stressfull! Very stress full almost 1000 they have from me right now .. i will never order from them agian!

I was really scared after reading some of these reviews that I'd be out over $600CAD after ordering a pole and never getting a shipping notification, so I freaked out and impulsively opened a dispute in PayPal, but the minute I did that, a customer service rep from X-Pole was calling me and patiently explaining that there was an error. We were able to resolve it very quickly, and right away she sent me the invoice and shipping confirmation. Phew!!! Great customer service.
