Really well packaged, tree arrived promptly in perfect condition and in good health and still remains so. Extremely pleased with this purchase!

Tree as viewed on screen but there were a few brown leaves on it and some recent trimming not really visible on the website. All in all a beautiful tree that will return fully to full foliage in time. Thanks

I have received my bonsai tree as expected. I just wanted to thank you for excellent packaging and perfect specimen. I will be recommending and using you again. My only slight criticism is that a 14cm drip tray was recommended but it is too small for the pot that the tree is in. I will order a larger one now I know the size.

Cascade bonsai pot. Orderd a bonsai pot that arrived damaged in the post.The pot was very well packaged and should have arrived in perfect condition but had been damaged by the courier, no falt by Yorkshire Bonsai. Sent one email to them and got an immediate responce and the pot was replaced with no hassel at all. Would recommend anyone to use Yokshire Bonsai as the customer sevice and communication is excellent and the products are of good quality and would give more stars if possable. Very happy and will be doing more busness with them in the future.

I so enjoyed getting my special bonsai from Yorkshire Bonsai . Dan answered my questions immediately although it was late at night . Thanks Dan . Sorry Dan. The tree is as special and as amazing as the service . It arrived quickly, beautifully packaged , in top top condition and exactly as pictured and described . I ordered a bonsai tree for a birthday gift, unfortunately I forgot to order the tray and pebbles to match it. The staff I spoke to online was extremely helpful. I received the tray within a couple of days. I could definitely recommend this company.

Came in a huge box that weighed very little...inside is the well packaged bonsai it can't move anywhere....so beautiful this thing 👌 I'll treasure it for the rest of my life...Will be another I think for parents for Christmas.

Good Service Easy to order, good selection and well presented website. Email confirmation received of dispatch however error on the link stating parcel force had not collected. Emailed on day of anticipated delivery with a quick reply received stating there was an error in the system and that my email was sent too early. Polite email with adequate explanation. Item received in good order and in line with shipping expectations on order
