Jan 04,2022Ordered a large Chinese elm for my husband for Christmas, made up with the product, also purchased the scissors and fertilizer at checkout at the discounted rate. Extremely well packaged and came very quick. Really enjoyed pruning and watering it so much my husband is wondering if it was actually for him. Multiple new buds are growing since pruning Christmas day. Tree and pot really good quality. Made up, want one for my home office now that I can officially call my own.

Dec 16,2021I recently ordered a Bonsai tree online from Yorkshire The tree that i ordered arrived on time as promised .The tree i received was beautiful and in excellent condition. The tray that goes under the plant pot arrived slightly damaged .After reporting this to them they sent me a replacement within a couple of days .I will certainly be buying more from the in the future. Excellent product and excellent service.

Dec 14,2021I ordered three bonsai trees and all three were in perfect condition when they arrived. I was apprehensive about ordering online but I needn't be. The plants were so securely packaged that even if the delivery company had mishandled them (which they hadn't) the plants would have been just fine. All three are going as Christmas gifts but I think I will treat myself to one now too.
