Sep 23,2024GP and midwife refused to supply a fit to fly, I was 29/30 weeks when travelling to and from spain with jet 2. Zoomdoc supplied a fit to fly within an hour, great service. I wasn’t asked on the way to Spain as I had a baggy tshirt on, but the way home they spotted my belly and asked how many weeks I was, they took my fit to fly and everything was fine! Very happy with my purchase as it saved the holiday in the midst of a last minute snaffoo!!

Sep 17,2024ZoomDoc provided me with such a good service. I was sick on the day of a planned trip and although I had insurance, I had to get proof of sickness in order to claim a refund. I couldn’t even get an appointment with my local GP, never mind getting them to complete insurance forms. Zoom doc provided me with an excellent service and fairly priced considering NHS also charge for such forms; they provided excellent customer service in terms of communication and were able to provide me with doctors note instantly. They were also able to complete an additional form required by my insurance company. And I am happy to say I that got a full refund from my missed event. Definitely recommend to others in such situations.

I was a little apprehensive as it seemed a lot was required but after speaking to a lovely representative it was very straight forward. The certificates were received very quickly and this then enabled me to complete my partners also.
