Oct 21,2024QUERIES RESPONDED TO WITH SPEED, VERY IMPRESSED. Two queries, would not upload an i-phone video clip worked out that it would only take a clip from the computer video and the question for multiple request I was not sure if that meant for two people or just two for me.

Oct 21,2024Speed, price, and responsiveness to questions made this a pleasing experience, once I realised that the application needs to be done on a phone not a laptop. The guidelines as one completes the forms were a bit unclear, especially about the extra form for South Africa, but queries via the website were quickly answered by email. Keeping the video under 60Mb was a bit tricky, but it worked. I'm happy to recommend this service.
