May 03,2024I waited long for my GP's note, which I needed to pass my mitigating circumstances to the university to defer my exams to a later date, but there were complications in the process that I decided to put my luck on ZoomDoc. I wasn't sold on the process of an online appointment and MC university note done online and not by my local GP, but after following the processing of the note- the symptoms, the reasons, etc. -it didn't take me 1 hour to receive a PDF of it. In what would take me weeks to get a private note from GP only took me less than an hour, and for that I am very grateful for the straightforward, speedy and thorough service it has provided me.

Within hours of my submitting the relevant information, my case had been reviewed and the digital version of the certificate had been sent to me. The physical certificate arrived by secure post the next working day. You can’t ask for more than that!

Apr 28,2024Excellent service and thanks to ZoomDoc, who handled my request for a medical cert to give to an airline with care and promptness during a very stressful time. They even amended the original cert to note the dates that were specified by the airline at no additional charge. The medical cert was accepted and a refund issued, which I’m certain would not have been the case without the assistance of ZoomDoc. I would highly recommend this service.

Apr 27,2024Our own gp was being difficult in providing a letter even though he confirmed my daughter's chickenpox had scabbed over and she was ok to fly but for some reason was not willing to provide a letter as couldn't give a guarantee. We were flying out on monday I found zoomdoc and after reading the reviews I took a chance. Saturday afternoon I sent over the details and by the evening I had my letter. In the end I wasn't asked to show my letter but it gave me peace of mind that I had one and the fact it was all done on the same day and I didn't have to jump through hoops to get it was fantastic. Definitely reccomend

Apr 26,2024I had such a hard time with my NHS GP getting a Youth Camp Visa signed, and other Private GPs were charging ridiculous prices. ZoomDoc were so helpful and got exactly what I needed signed in 5 minutes! For a great price as well, I couldn’t recommend enough for forms being signed. Olivia was really helpful and quick replying to emails with my queries/concerns!
