Apr 25,2024Your customer service was very helpful and friendly I did have a problem attaching the care summary document and I rang your customer services who advised what I should do and not to worry, as soon as they received my completed online form the lovely lady emailed me to confirm they had received everything from me and within an hour I received my medical certificate by email and the wet copy a day later in the post.

Apr 17,2024I was ill the night of my flight and found zoomdoc. They were really quick when sending the certificate. When i pass this to my insurance they asked me to complete their own template. I asked if zoomdoc can complete this and they completed this for me with additional cost. Again, really efficient when they completed this. I am so happy because my insurance has accepted this and they approved my claim. Thank you so much Zoomdoc!
