Feb 19,2024Hi - the system was quite easy to use and the handling of my certicate was very prompt. My own docter wouldn't issue a - too ill to fly certicate for my holiday insurance when I was very ill with a chest infection. Now that I have one we will submit a claim and hopefully receive a refund on our holiday. We do now feel that with this certificate we at least have been able to make a claim and it saved me having extra stress when I was poorly. At the end of the day that is the most important thing. So thank you for helping my mental health when I was physically unwell. Fingers crossed the claim will be excepted.

Feb 18,2024Ordered an evidence letter at 3pm ish, followed up at 5pm and received a reply from Neil stating it would soon be sent, 2 hours later the digital letter arrived, worded perfectly and covered exactly what I wanted it to, Neil even followed up the next morning to make sure I got it it. Fantastic customer service which is something of a rarity in today’s day and age. Would highly recommend and I’ll be using again if required.
