Aug 25,2020I ordered knowing that the chair my son wanted was a forward order not available straight away. I wasn’t sure when it would be delivered. I was very happy when it was delivered within a couple of weeks of ordering and a month before my son's birthday. He loves the chair it is comfortable and functions exactly as we wanted and expected. Very happy with the quality and service.

Aug 25,2020This chair was recommended by them according to my weight and height. But this chair is too small for me. Even though they recommend it for people much larger than me too. So it's a bit uncomfortable, unlike my last chair which was a dx racer I bought in 2017, which lasted up until I bought this one. I expect this chair to last a year tops, but expect it to start to fall apart within six months. The materials are sub par and it was either put together really lazily or in a big hurry, as their are seams in the wrong spots and some of them are really awkward.

Aug 18,2020Great Quality seat holds a big person very comfortably really well designed and not flimsy instructions were pretty good but had to look at the video for one part as the picture instructions weren't very clear.

For two separate purchases, they sourced a discontinued chair resulting in an estatic friend, and with my own purchase which suffered a manufacturing defect the immediately dispatched the replacement parts. The quality of the chairs have been awesome, super comfy with great body support.

Jul 30,2020The delivery was really quick, putting the chair together was a breeze (as mentioned by my brother who assembles furniture for a living). The chair itself is ridiculously comfortable, the seat has depth, it is firm but oh so comfortable, the reclining positions lend themselves to whatever task I want to accomplish, whether it's gaming, working or napping. The upholstery is breathable and the seat wide enough if I want to sit cross legged. The accompanying back and neck support pillows file well and definitely help when I'm sitting for 6+ hours. Overall I am extremely pleased with my purchase and am glad I could support a great Aussie company. Great job guys, I am ranting and raving about my chair to all the guys at work and they now suffer from chair envy

Jul 22,2020Mouse pad arrived with frayed stitching where stitching overlaps to finish off. Returned for a refund which was promptly paid. In general the stitching is quite high and noticeable. Razor makes a better job of stitching on their mousepads to provide a smooth/flush edge with the mouse pad surface. The size of the mousepad (xxl desk mat) was good. ZQRacing would get a higher mark with better edge stitching.
