As a full-time student, I spend a lot of my time at a desk and wanted to make sure my body was being taken care of... and this chair did not disappoint! So comfortable, sturdy and such good quality. Shipping was so efficient and painless. I love my chair and will definitely purchase from ZQ again in the future.

Sep 30,2020Extremely competent and helpful team. The Pro chair has lasted really well but when the base mechanism finally gave out ordering and fitting a replacement was really easy. I'll be ordering from them again and would recommend them highly.

Sep 30,2020The chairs are extremely comfortable. After 2 years I did experience a issue with the frame, it started to bend on the right side where the recliner control is. I contacted ZQ and they responded quickly and we're extremely helpful in assisting. I sent my frame back and they sent me a new one for my chair. It's this level of customer service that keeps customers and goes beyond other Brand's. I am glad to support an Aussie company and more so that they support their customer.

Sep 28,2020Ordered while it was still on backorder, but once I got a call confirming my address, it arrived within a week to Victoria during the pandemic. Chair is incredibly comfortable and has helped my back after it got sore using my old one. I'm 180cm and the back is the perfect height to support my neck. It also feels a lot wider than it appears both in real life and in the pictures.

Sep 27,2020The chair itself is great! The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is I felt there was a lack of clear communication in regards to delays. I understand that it's a difficult time at the moment and delays can happen, but there was no communication from ZQ in regards to those delays. My chair went from early July to early August to eventually arriving at the very end of August. Throughout this the only time I would receive updates was after I would send a query on their website and wait a handful of delays for a response. I feel like a short email with an update to customers waiting on orders would be a lot better rather than requiring customers to seek extra information once their orders ETA has already passed. But again, absolutely fantastic chair!

Sep 26,2020Love this chair, had been hunting for a replacement for my DXRacer that bottomed out a year-ish ago because I exceeded the maximum weight it could hold, I looked around for a few months and kept going back to ZQRacing because it was great value for a gaming chair, very happy with my purchase, and would absolutely recommend ZQRacing to anyone looking for a great new chair.

Sep 25,2020Have been eyeing the ZQ Viper pink chair for over a year. Was recommended to get a Battlebull instead as it's an "Australian" company. Chair was just uncomfortable and didn't match my aesthetic at all, and I finally found a demo of the Viper to trial - it was all I wanted from an office chair (plump and soft and supportive, unlike the brick-hard Battlebull chair). Sold my Battlebull and finally bought the pink Viper and imagine my surprise when the chair construction and even the instruction booklet is identical to the Battlebull series. Super happy I finally got the Viper and a bit miffed I got tricked into buying a Battlebull originally.

Sep 24,2020I’ve had my chair since December 2018. It was very comfortable and really helped with my back pain for the first year. Since the start of this year I started to notice a significant decline in the comfort of the chair. I also noticed the gas lift had stopped working. After replacing the gas cylinder I’ve realised that it wasn’t actually the cylinder at fault, but the entire bottom mechanism is completely faulty and lop sided. I have since sent an email about my issues but have yet to receive a response. I would expect much better from a chair I have invested hundreds of dollars in.
