Sep 18,2020The web site had enough detail about the chairs for me to be sure that the chair I selected would fit (I'm taller and heavier than most) and the price was pretty good. Delivery was slow, but at the moment it always is. ZQRacing responded promptly to questions when I asked. The chair comes with everything needed to assemble it - including a pair of cotton gloves ! It's great and I'm confident that it's not going to collapse under me.

Sep 18,2020Can’t speak more highly of ZQRacing. They are professional, friendly and fantastic Customer Service. I have purchased 4 x chairs now from them . Best investment I have ever made. Just recently I purchased a new chair for home ( gave my other one my family purchased for me about 3 years ago to my nephew) and also purchased one for work. My old work chair was not even 6 months old it just killed me from day one. I have no more pain and can sit all day ( of course I do get up and stretch) with no pain . Best investment ever.

Sep 18,2020Overall I'm really happy with my Alien XL! Super comfy and supportive for those long hours gaming and working! Had an issue with my left armrest out the box and the team sorted it ASAP without a Fuss! Will definitely consider them again in future if i'm in the market for another chair.

Sep 07,2020I have to admit, I had some reservations buying the Saturn but, from the first time I sat in it, those reservations were a distant memory. The chair is well built, comfortable, I get none of that PU heat build up, and it's great as a home office chair too. The only change I made was to the "roller blade" style wheels with bearings as I have a hardwood floor - not castor friendly. Oustanding!

Sep 04,2020This is hands down the best chair I have ever purchased. it comes with 2 cushions but the chair is that comfortable you really dont need them. Very good quality. Dont let the price put you off, It will outlast easily 10 other chairs so it is very worth it.

Sep 01,2020I purchased a chair 2 years ago. The steel frame gave way in the seatback. ZQ charged me $25 to return the seat back and then provided a brand new seatback so my chair is as good as new now. They honoured their lifetime warranty with the frame and the turn around time was very reasonable. The whole process took a little over a week.

I purchased the Pink Viper chair and the team at ZQRacing were happy to answer any of my questions, they were super friendly, and really knowledgeable about their stock. The chair itself is great - it’s comfy, I can sit in it for long hours without my neck and shoulders hurting, and it looks beautiful. Really happy with my product and I’d recommend them to anybody!
