Jan 06,2021It took an extremely long time over 3 months to get my expensive chair I ordered to find it’s wobbly and doesn’t sit how it should like a chair we previously purchased. Over it. If I complain it will again take another 3 months or longer to get a replacement. It’s so frustrating. Why can’t things just work now they are meant too

Jan 01,2021Went to pick up my chair that i had ordered and was surprised that they had chairs in the office to test and make sure it was comfortable and everthing that you wanted from it. The alien series one i chose wasnt as comfortable for me as it looked in pictures but they had the ultimate chair to try which suited me perfect. They happily changed my order from the chair that i went to pick up to the chair that i ended up with. (The ultimate was more expensive but they sorted that out easily, paid the difference). Very easy to set up and super comfortable very happy with the costumer service and the chair. Would shop there aqain

Dec 23,2020Bought pillows for my chair, was sent the wrong headrest, emailed them, half an hour later got a call explaining why and how they would fix. Fix was a great resolution. Mistakes happen, but it’s how they are handled that matters, and this was top notch customer service.

Dec 08,2020I ordered a Black chair which I knew would be on back order and was happy to wait. A couple of weeks later I noticed that they had a Red one in stock so I emailed ZQ and asked if I could swap the black for the red one. Not expecting to hear anything for a day or so as it was already after lunch, you can imagine my surprise when I saw an email from them about an hour later saying yes. An hour and a half later I received another email to say it had been dispatched already, three days later I was happily crawling around the floor assembling the chair. My back says thank you, the chair is great, well worth the money.

Dec 05,2020The chair I bought arrived within 2 weeks and was delivered to my door. Email contact with the ZQRacing customer service team was easy and they replied within 24 hrs. The chair is exactly as advertised, super comfortable, easily adjusted and was easy to put together.

Because I bought my chair in the peak of covid, it took a while to be sent out, but it was well worth the wait! Will definitely be recommending the products to everyone!
