Purchased my chair in June 2020, I contacted support in November complaining about the chair having the feeling of leaning off to the left side, I provided pictures of what I thought was the problem to which they replied was within manufacturer's tolerance and if I wanted them to investigate the chair I had to send it back to them at my own expense. I put up with the issue until January 2021 where I looked over the chair some more to find that there was an issue with the control unit that it was bent on the front left side, I contacted support again with a picture of the unit raised off a flat surface they insisted that I return the part to them to investigate the issue which is fair but if I was going to get the chair investigated I wanted the backrest to be as well which brings me to being contacted by Support via phone call. During the phone conversation I was finally informed that they offered a returns service that would organise a courier to pick up the chair, throughout the phone call the employee was blaming me for the damage and being aggressive and yelling at me saying that they couldn't trust any of the photos I'd provided because they could have been doctored, on multiple occasions I had to ask him to calm down and stop interrupting me because he wouldn't allow me to speak. I purchased the returns service on January 28th and they organised pick up on the 29th, they didn't show I informed support so he rescheduled them to February 2nd, they didn't show again. I informed them again that they hadn't shown up for the 2nd time so they chose another service and booked it for Feb 5th, they told me they had given them my number so they would call me before they were about to pick the chair up, support ended up giving them the wrong number so they were unable to contact me and never picked the chair up. I spoke to support again over the phone and pickup was rescheduled to Feb 8th, the support person did everything in his power to butter me up saying that because of what had gone on they would replace my chair with a new one and send me a goody bag of free stuff which all ended up being a lie just to try and keep me happy. ZQRacing received the chair on Feb 10th and finished their investigation that day, I spoke to support again over the phone and he was right back to being aggressive, yelling and interrupting me to the point where I had to ask him to calm down again. They found an issue with the padding in the chair and denied the issue with the control unit and backrest claiming an uneven pressed piece of steel was within manufacturer's tolerance, it turned out they didn't actually investigate the control unit for the leaning issue but instead looked at the bars on the seat base to which I never complained about. After this I asked to not deal with the support person again after he displayed he couldn't control his emotions when dealing with customers so I was put on to another manager. They ended up replacing the control unit and I was told they would replace the padding in my original seat base. Received my chair back on Feb 17th and they gave me a refurbished seat base which I was never told about, that didn't match my original and within 2 days the leather started cracking and peeling off. I informed support what had happened and they told me they would most likely replace the chair with a different one. I received an email later in the day to inform me that I would have to send them the seat base back again so they could investigate what had gone on, I called customer support again, I asked if they could send me a new base as expecting me to go without a chair for another few weeks was ridiculous he refused and accused me of purposely damaging the chair and they had to investigate. I further investigated the backrest and it was off centre by 15mm on the left side of the seat base, I took measurements and pictures and sent them to support which they're refusing to acknowledge. Sadly there's a 4000 character limit this would be longer. Good luck!

Good chair. Has seen heavy use for many years before the leather gave way, which was easily fixed with a chair protector

Well I've had one for 4 years not and it's still going strong except for very little wear on the leather but that's expected after very long use.so I bought one for my partner and he loves it now we have a pair of matching chairs

New chair delivered promptly. Packaging in good condition. Straigntforward to assemble - easiest one I've done. Chair is very solid and comfy - can now frag badly for longer. :-)

I got the Hyper Sport Series Console gaming chair from ZQRacing and will describe my experience with both the company and this chair. I got it via pre-order back in November 2020 and it took until January 2021 to arrive (thanks COVID). I wish ZQRacing better kept its customers up to date, because they only sent a single email in December and then dates shifted, however they did not communicate this information to their customers. As to the chair, overall it is a decent one, albeit a little pricey. It is surprisingly comfortable with all the super thick padding and a neck support pillow is unbelievably plush and thus molding well to fit the body ergonomics. Materials seem to be of a reasonable quality, although I only have it for about a month, so can't say how it will perform in the long term. Stitches are strong and quite precise. The chair provides a great degree of adjustments - height, recline, free floating, and armrests are adjustable in every imaginable way. A footrest is very convenient and easily slides in and out thanks for unique mechanism. The design deserves a separate highlight: even though it is just all black chair, the carbon fiber styled accents make it stand out and leave a very good impression. Having said all that, there are some hiccups with the chair. It arrived covered in some oily patches that I am unable to get rid of to this date. ZQRacing support told me that this is sewing machine oil, as their chairs are handmade and these oily patches will eventually dissolve, and I hope that is true. When the chair just arrived I had issues assembling it - backrest is just too wide and won't properly fit between brackets on the seat. Contacted support and they told me to force it in and said that this problem likely occurred because of tight schedules and COVID disruption. Although it was a bit of a worrying experience, I eventually did manage to get it together with somewhat excessive force, luckily without any damage to the chair components. Another slip on quality control is a single unfinished stitching on backrest which left loops exposed and might cause problems in long term, but only time will tell if that's the case. Remember that amazing sliding out mechanism for the footrest? Well, it has its downsides too - it slides out as you try to get out of the chair quickly. ZQRacing is still working on improving the mechanism, because previously it was too hard to pull it out and push it in, and seems this iteration went to an opposite extreme. The free floating mechanism has developed a slight issue for me as well. It is not smooth any longer and has some kind of "bump", and I will be raising this issue with ZQRacing to see what can be done about that. Last, but by no means least issue are wrinkles that occur on the front side of the seating due to how thick the padding is. I have a feeling that in long term the upholstery material will start cracking at these spots, but I hope not, because the material quality as indicated before is pretty decent. It is worth noting that I am a pretty lightweight person and someone heavier might have even bigger impact on it. So far, I am mostly happy with the chair and my (somewhat short) experience been quite positive, despite many little annoyances described above. I am giving it 4 stars for now, hoping that it will serve a while, but only time will tell, and I will try and post any updates as they become available.

Great communication, we were going away on holidays and asked for our chair to be shipped later so we would be back when it arrived. They were happy to do so, very easy request and then it was shipped when we had requested it to be. The chair itself is great, very comfortable.

I paid for express shipping around Christmas/NYE time and 6 days later it hadn’t been sent. So I sent an enquiry asking for the money I paid for express back. I then received a phone call from a team member who told me you were closed over this period. Now this I dont have a problem with. Fair enough if you guys want some time off. But this wasn’t anywhere on the website, and wasn’t most importantly with the shipping information. The employee then was audibly annoyed and spoke to me in as though I was an idiot. Telling me that ‘99% of businesses in Australia close over that time’. I work at a shopping centre that has plenty of non franchise or big businesses and I can tell you that 99% is wildly innacurate.

Incredibly comfortable, affordable, high quality chairs. The back support is perfect, especially as someone with a spinal disease. The measurements and recommendations height wise seem to be highly accurate, my chair is a perfect fit. I'll never go anywhere else! Customer support was excellent as well!

4 month wait after pre order estimated date.......no fault of seller.....but a bit more communication would have been nice to keep me informed of progress, instead of me having to call every month to find out what was happening with order. and need to put notes on computer when enquiries were made and information updated.....had to explain same thing each call.....a bit frustrating otherwise item was delivered and great quality. happy customer in the end

This was a Christmas gift and it arrived just in time for the event. My son had enormous fun constructing the ZQRacing chair. He is pleased with the comfort, support and cool colours (silver/black). Most important to me was this was an Australian business. Very happy to support local product and people.

I bought this as a Xmas present for my gamer boyfriend and I was able to assemble it by myself with no issues and even managed to wrap it and have it by the tree! Needless to say, he loves it! He said he has yet to have a sore back and bum from hours of gaming behind the computer since Christmas, which was what would happen with all our other chairs!
