Sep 04,2023My 1st deposit I tried to pay through my bank but for some odd reason my bank declined it 🤔 so I went through PayPal it went straight through so I lost what I deposited and waited for the next day to spend my bonus turns out YOU DONT GET A BONUS IF U PAY WITH PAYPAL i have not heard anything like it it is still money isn't it 🙃 not going back to that site RIP OFF

Sep 01,2023Very disappointed with my most recent experience. I've been a member of 32red for years with no issues. Deposited small amounts, played a couple of games then got on with my day. I came into some money and decided on a flurry and over the past 24 hours 32red have happily been taking my much larger than usual deposits and letting me whittle it away. The issue comes by where I suddenly begin winning. Suddenly my account is locked for 'security reasons' and my outstanding balance had been returned to me. The challenge with this is that 1) I'm currently still net negative and 2) they clearly don't want me to keep playing and win it back, if not more. So at this point, 32red are ££££ in. My argument is, that if there are genuine concerns over security on my account, then why is this only being flagged the minute I'm winning? And surely, if you're closing my account because of said security concerns, then all the activity of the past 24 hours should be considered a concern and all the deposits returned to me? All I see is 32red profiteering by twisting agendas to meet their own will. I get this is what online casinos do but this is particularly brazen, especially for a long standing customer. No surprise either that they simply ignore the question about their security policy that seems haphazardly applied.

Sep 01,2023Lodged 20 euro into the account, got a bonus of 30 euro. Tried to place a 10 euro football bet with the money i lodged, bet was refused till i played out their bonus terms at the casino. The audacity of these gambling companies is unbelievable, because i lodged money and received a bonus, the money i lodged wasnt actually mine anymore, i had to gamble the bonus money first, to control the autonomy of MY money. Folks, avoid gambling companies like this till serious regulation is in place. Legal gangsters.

Aug 22,2023If you are considering playing at 32red then read this. They are crap, if you want to pee your money up the wall then just go to the pub instead. Feature spins come very infrequently and when they do they make you roll your eyes deep into your skull over how pathetic the payout is. You have been warned.

Aug 11,2023Deposited and lost so many times. As soon as I wanted to withdraw winnings they permanently deleted my account and froze the winnings apparently it doesn't affect my rights. It does under the gambling commission!

Aug 06,2023I love nothing more than logging into 32 Red and depositing, to then play for 3 minutes with no wins. I have NEVER withdrew. I have NEVER made any profit in order to withdraw. I have had an account with 32 Red for at least 6 years. And yip. Not 1 withdrawal. I play for fun. There are games that come out or old classics I just think are fun to play. I don't play to make money. And it's a good job because you make absolutely NONE here. Nothing. It would be nice to be able to get SOMETHING back. Just to cover another few games and maybe cover tomorrow's tea break. Bonuses: Keith's UnLucky Lemins. You either win nothing. At all. And when you do, it is 2 free spins. With these and their deposit 'offers' & 'promotions', every penny you may be lucky enough to win, has to be wagered a ridiculous amount of times. Other than its appearance and navigation, there isn't much positives about this casino. Today I logged in, deposited £25, placed spins of 60p and within a few minutes it was gone and I logged out again. Maybe there's a NO WIN algorithm attached to my account???? I've attached my username for 32Red to check and confirm that everything I have said is 100% correct. Disgraceful.

Sep 08,2023And so it goes again win,then lose constantly they took hundreds and nothing in return my other sites never do this,im steering well clear,I don’t trust this site,well stupidity by my part I deposited another £50 and what do you know another complete loss,and someone else commented on the games freezing and having to restart that’s a bit strange it’s happened to me a few times I’m not depositing anymore with them,going to stick with my sites I know are fair,these are not,so deposit another £50 like an idiot and exactly the same get down to the last £10 and it glitches all the time
