Aug 04,2023Can’t give 0 or I would. This site allowed me to register make a deposit and then said I was self excluded but refused to return the money. If I was excluded then why was I allowed to deposit. I asked when I would get my money back but was not given a timescale just that I would relieve an email. The whole registration process is not fit for purpose. The on line chat advisor seemed to be struggling to understand what I was saying!

Aug 01,2023I've been scammed it seems. Saw a welcome offer of 150% bonus + 25 spins. Turns out that is only for card deposits, however they don't allow you to use your card for the first deposit. Waited over a week for my welcome bonus, after opting in during registration, then deposit by card. I just received 50% bonus instead. After a 3rd deposit. Completely feel ripped off. Bait and switch

Jul 31,2023Wow this is the worse casino site I have ever used. I play maybe 2 or 3 times a week and since the start of the year I've won money twice. It's very rare you see a bonus and when you do they are terrible you never win more than you deposit. Sine the cost of living problems this site as turned into the scummiest casino site around.

Jul 21,2023Tried to sign up. Followed their procedures. When uploading my drivers licence their system kept saying it wouldn’t accept it. I rang them. I was asked to send a copy via email which I did. They then asked for a copy of a recent bank statement and a utility bill. I stoped interacting with them at this stage. Seems a lot of personal info. Felt like a scam, I was uncomfortable. Seems a bit excessive to open a gambling account
