Jun 30,2023This company have absolutely no ethical or moral compass. Even when provided with clear evidence of severe illness and vulnerability they turn a blind eye and victim blame. This company profited in the region of 4k from pyschosis, Incapacity and vulnerability. All medical evidence provided to them and their CEO outlining the severe Vulnerability of the customer. Instead they turned a blind eye, . They exposed, ignored and self-mitigated. Refused to respond to any emails yet within minutes replied to media when they become aware of this abhorrent real life story. This companies way of dealing with profiting from extreme Vulnerability is to try and hide it and pretend that it never happened , they do this by contacting their public relations team to try and scare people from knowing the truth. They have the absolute audacity to say they want 0% income from harmful gambling yet they profited and kept 4k proven to have been lost by an Incapacitated Schizophrenic!!

Jun 30,2023All I can say is this casino cheats. You deposit £10 and you spin on 10p and it just eats it all with no pay out. AVOID. They really do scam you none of there games pay out at all it’ll take 50pound at 10p before it gives you a single dime back. It’s lies when they say random number generator they have to sign a contract to confirm they won’t tell anyone the real truth behind how it works.

They did have the Nolimitcity slots which was was great but then removed them so really disappointing however they do have the Hacksaw providers games so all good. Withdrawals can be sometimes slow but you normally get latest within 48 hours. I have never had any withdrawal problems whenever I got a win.

Jun 17,2023Good choice of games on 32red, had a good win of 2000 last month unfortunately I have noticed once you have a good win and withdraw it the chance of getting bonus rounds or good wins drop drastically for months, my advice is if your lolucking to get a good win do not go back on for a good while

Imagine this kind of meanness and ugly policy for a welcome bonus. I removed them from my betting dictionary anyway not worthy

Jun 10,2023Seriously this casino is the worst I have never had a problem like this getting verified a very scamming company. I won £100 after depositing £120 which I went to withdraw next thing I know my account was locked and my withdrawal had been reversed. Before this I did check it said your account is fully verified. They told me they needed verification documents the birth certificate they accepted but I was still locked out then I provided over 15 documents with proof of my name and address and screenshots of my bank name details and transactions with them, this still wasn't enough. I telephoned them to be told they needed an actual bank statement and transactions apparently that was all they were waiting on to verify me I sent both documents via PDF format to email and live chats this was now 5 days of emails and live chats with them!! I still was not able to be verified by them they kept passing the buck to one another. Seriously I am with quite a lot of casinos and I have never had this problem with any others. Award winning really it's probably because you don't have any customers. Listen do not sign up with them and deposit you will not see your winnings. Now I know why Lemon does the adverts they are a bunch of "Comedians" this company should be taken off the internet
