Mar 17,2023What can I say or rather where do I start, this site has been absolutely fantastic to me since becoming a new customer they gave me a whopping bonus on top of my first deposit and also landed me some big wins so far so good! The withdrawals process is actually pretty fast too all things considered I mean sure you have to wait a few hours naturally for the checks to go through successfully but the money was in my account within a matter of a few hours. Great selection of games most of the games I've played have a pretty decent RTP and RNG rate to he perfectly honest but if course suffice to say there will be games that also lack the ability to drop good amounts of money and bonuses so stick to the ones that give you better payouts I'd have to say from my personal experience. 10/10 site overall couldn't recommend them enough thank you so so very much 32 RED!

Mar 03,2023Upon setting up an account wiry 32red I didn't see the withdrawal times, that being said when I made a withdrawal today around lunchtime it had hit my PayPal by 3:30pm so I was impressed. I have since made another bigger withdrawal around 7pm which hasn't landed yet but I will update how low long it takes as it says instant on that option. In terms of game choice, play and returns I love it. It has all the up to date games, my favourites being the amazing link or Rich wilde the have good RTPS and returns in my experience. I haven't had to reach out to customer services as of yet so I can't comment on that side of things but if your not impatient and understand how a casino works in terms of.. your paying to take a risk, if you don't like that then maybe you shouldn't be playing.

Feb 24,2023A pattern of rigged of online casinos but 32 is still the worst and people really have to avoid going it. Their roulette is a scam using a clever A.I system to basically take all your money. They track your every move. How much you have won and lost. The ball has magnets in them with a chip and is all connected. There are some that give a good return like paddy power but as soon as u get a good win every spin the ball seems to miss your numbers on purpose. We like to gamble but the only winners are those who control it

Feb 24,2023Been with these a long time, I seem to win quiet a bit on here, yesterday put on £10 played a game got quiet lucky and managed to have a decent win so withdrew it via my regular deposit method PayPal it clearly states that withdrawals to E-wallets are instant but in some cases it can take upto 12 hours! I'm fully verified etc so that's not the issue but it's been stuck at "Work In progress" on account I got confirmation that I will receive a email once withdrawal has been processed! I withdrew it at 9.40am yesterday morning spoke to chat at 3.30pm to see why have I not received it and was told that it be sorted by 5pm yesterday! Gets to around 8pm asked why it's still not processed despite the withdrawal request been done earlier that morning & that I was told it be done by 5pm, I was told it's already been done that morning and it will show once PayPal accept it! (received no email stating that it has been processed and it's not changed on status either) he tried to reassure me it has been sent to my bank I said I don't use my bank on this site only PayPal so how is that possible he then said "oh I say bank for all types of payment methods I ment PayPal" anyways got up this morning says the same thing and still no withdrawal spoke on chat and a rude girl I spoke to was saying it takes 24 hours to process I pointed out that it does for cards but it states instant for E-wallets and I was told 2 different things yesterday and she tried pointing out the Terms & conditions and I pointed her to correct ones! She said "well it be done this morning in the 24 hours mark and it's not been 24 hours has it" she then proceeded to say she isn't going to argue with me about it and that it be done today. Honestly the customer support is dismal clearly don't even look into anything withdrawal related hence why all 3 said a different thing, I honestly cannot understand how a major company like 32red has this type of customer support and ridiculous times for withdrawals absolutely no other casino's have this long processing time! even the less known Admiral casino processed a large win and my first withdrawal I had last summer and it was on early on sunday morning within 1 1/2 hours! The purpose of E-wallets is instant deposits and cashouts I shouldn't be waiting untill the next day for a PayPal withdrawal, I honestly won't be playing here again not when all the other sites have instant cashouts it makes 32red feel dated and the fact they are not bothered about getting wins especially big ones £2k to there customers. Just disappointing that they don't do what the they claim in the time frames and who waits this long for a PayPal withdrawal kinda defeats the purpose of using a E-wallets I can't think of any other site that takes as long bet365, Sunvegas, Admiral etc are all done more instantly across all payment methods doesn't matter what time of day either it's all automated so you don't need to wait for someone to send it manually.

Mar 23,2023Just been fined around 7 mil , so where is my share of this along with all other players, why has the commission or goverment got this money when they are not the one's who had problems with a site like this, millions should be fined and put aside to be shared out between all players , judges in these courts are poor at there job and understanding of gambling and many players had problems just look at all these reviews. And even though I closed account or for anyone else these too should have something back from the foul play of a casino ,like said millions should be put aside to be shared out in time to all players even if it just 50 quid back to all. But no the useless commission who allowed there foul play to begin with will take all the cash.
